it is not n apartment but a shop at street level converted into an apartment . No possibilities to open a window only a door

Good kitchen, flat has most of what we needed. Nice that parking is free. Good pizzerias around the town, menus available in the flat. Alcamo is not far from the airport, and close to a beautiful small mountain. Bed and pillows are memory foam which was also nice. Big fridge and freezer.

Very loud! Street noise was intense (especially in the mornings) and noise from the flat above, where the owner's dog walked around a lot. Washing machine available but quite dirty. Bin too small for longer stay, no refill binbags or recycling options. Quite cold (we stayed there in February) with no instructions on how to heat the flat up, option to heat via air conditioning which is loud. Fridge buzzing during the night, the bedroom is only separated from the main living area by partitions. Parking is more stressful than one expects because of small roads and a lot of traffic.

The host was living upstairs so it was very easy to collect the keys. It was a commercial facility converted into an apartment. The place was nice and they had done a good job converting it into a living area it was also clean.

However it was located at ground level and the main access door was facing directly the street. We were not aware of that and it was a bit of a shock. There was also a lot of noise from the building utilities (drains, etc)

Apartment with kitchen and dinning table for a very good price. We have loved the memory foam pillows! We got an offer to join a family boat trip to the Riser a Naturally Zingaro. Worth every penny, great place to go by foot, three times better with a boat :)

The apartment is on a street so you can hear the noises, but every traveler should have earplugs and eyeshades, so no big problem :)

It was clean, new equipment, and the owner is available for any request.
