Location is amazing, right in the center of the Bari Old Town. Great communication with the host. Amazing food all around including focaccias, pizzas, paninis and etc. A lot of beautiful streets close by to have long walks every day. Highly recommend this place for any kind of stay.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and facilities nearby. Also very clean and spacious. The internet speed is good (if you are a digital nomad this might be a really important point to consider). The host was nice, great communication. The AC worked well, so we didn’t have any troubles with the temperature.

The property is right above a street with 2 restaurants, so a bit of noise is expected until midnight (nothing too loud/disturbing). This fact wasn’t a problem for us, just writing this here as it might be important for some people.

Bed could be a little bit more comfortable but it really depends on the people who are sleeping in it - some people like it harder like this. Some people would maybe find this place a little bit noisy because there is a big restaurant right under the windows. We didn't mind it though, still got good sleep.

Great place to stay. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the room was comfortable and inviting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly peaceful, which made for a great night's sleep.

The bathroom had a slight odor.

This was my second stay at Arco della Neve and it was great as ever. The room is clean and well equipped and the view from the terrace never gets old. The house has a great location right in the centre of Bari Vecchia, so it is quite near from everywhere you need to go. The communication with the staff was impeccable, they even let us in the house before the check-in hours. I will definitely come back!

There is not a breakfast offer available, which is a shame, considering they have the amazing terrace. They are not in the house permanently, though, so I can understand that they can only do as much.

Central location.

This B & B does not offers breakfast, there is an expresso coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room. Not easy finding breakfast supplies close by.

I honestly think this guesthouse is at the best possible location in old Bari. Facilities and beds were good, fully equipped apt, very spacious. A quiet little street at night and during the day you are in the middle of the old town with everything to visit within walking distance. Very friendly host.

Luckily we had small suitcases, the two stairs up to the apt are a bit tricky with luggage or heels. The (shared) rooftop apt is another two stairs up. The balcony is too small to sit on.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the old town. Good size room and bathroom with everything you need. Charming old building which is renovated to modern and they have amazing roof terrace for everyone's use! Good value for the money. Friendly host.

Everything was very clean but unfortunately there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen plumbing.

The location was amazing and the room was like a mini apartment that made us feel like locals. Loved it!

The stairs

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. The roof has a nice view at San Sabino. It was really nice to have a coffee machine.

It can be noisy at the evenings, a number of restaurants downstairs. It was not nice when the host stopped responding any messages after they charged my card. They only came back after my call to the owner and two or three reminders. The instructions for leaving the luggage weren't really clear. The kettle was leaking, and it would be nice to have a microwave.

Staircase to each level not great for older people, spiral open steps.

Very friendly staff, especially Daniela. She was so attentive that she even called me the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time. The house was very clean, there were air-conditioners in both rooms. Location is also very nice, close to the public transportation, 15 min walking to the train station. Also we will remember our evenings on very nice spacious terrace on the roof.

The pillows were pretty thick and very hard, we could hardly sleep on them. Also would be nice to have a bit more coffee in the kitchen.

When I first came to Bari 3 years ago we had a room at this house and our stay was just perfect. This guest house is one the reasons why I wanted to come back to Bari so there were no question that I will stay here again this time. It has everything for a long weekend vacation and the location is more than perfect. The room is well-equipped, clean and very cosy and nicely designed. I just love it as I love Bari.

Location was great. The apartment was clean and spacious. Air con was great

The bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The payment on arrival nearly blocked our cards due to the fact they were tapped not inserted despite us telling her this wouldn’t work on UK cards.

The host is very kind and helpful, communication with her is easy. The house is right in the historic center of the city, so everything (except beaches) is in a walking distance of 5-10 minutes. The house has a really unique atmosphere. The room is clean and neat.

The area has an active night life, therefore the room is noisy too. Also, the streets in this area are very narrow, therefore there is not much sunlight in the room and there is a restaurant table right at the door of the house. However there are a few things that could make the room better. We really missed some kitchen equipment: a sharp knife, a few plates, dishwashing equipment. We also missed a drying rack.

The property was nice, clean and very well-situated. The host was great, helping with advise etc.

It was a bit strange that we were informed that we need to throw our rubbish upon leaving, otherwise as they said we would be fined. Also it was a bit noisy during the night as the property is located very centrally.

Nothing it was amazing

Owerall the apartment is very good and the location (if not traveling with a car) is perfect - close to everything you need. The room is big, the apartment is in the historical center, communication with the owner was quick.

We have no bigger complaints, but some small improvements could make it even more enjoyable. The bad is a bit too soft, the kitchen could have some more equipment (e.g. a bigger knife, no kitchen towels, ...), there is no laundry rack, we had some problems with wi-fi.

the position is excellent and Camila from part of the staff was very, very helpful.

nothing to complain

The staff ( Daniela) whose very helpful and friendly. She guided as to where to go and what to do in bari .She even helped us to book a taxi for the way back. The apartment was very clean . Well designed. It has a kitchen with all the necessary but we didn't need to use them because when you open the main door there was a very good restaurant and in 20 meters away there was a small cafe and in 30 meters away a small bar to enjoy a cold beer and cold soda .

That we only stayed for four days .. but we will make amends next time .. again thanks for everything Daniela we really appreciate it

This Place is truly amazing, it's the perfect location! Next to the Basilica and in the middle of the Old Town. Most important close to amazing food places like Bakery Rita, Gelato Gentile and Pizzaria di Cosimo. There is a restaurant beneath the apartment and gets quite busy at night. But the window shuts out the noise perfectly! The apartment has everything you need, also for the kitchen supplies. This place is truly perfect!

The bed makes some noise when you turn

Beautiful room and guest house, very clean and comfortable. Excellent friendly staff especially Daniela who went out of her way to welcome me and give me very good help about the local area.

The street is quite noisy at night due to restaurants being located directly below, so expect noise until after midnight each night. Also no towel or shampoo replenishments during the stay.
