The apartment offered free parking and was close to public transportation. The building offered good security with fob entry into the main building. To enter/exit the parking lot you had to use a remote control to open the gate. The apartment was prized well below what it would cost in downtown Seville, but it is about 40 minutes from the historic center by public transport. The host, who met us to give us the keys, was very welcoming and explained everything about the apartment.

The area is quite noisy, even at night. There was a lot of yelling going on and the traffic can be quite noisy at all hours. The airport is also close by, but the airplane traffic is reasonable. The kitchen in the apartment is very small and only suited for one person. Also one of the elevators, the one on the right side when you enter the building from the smaller parking lot, needs to be serviced. The first time we used it the elevator came to a hard stop and my wife nearly had a heart attack. Then it did not line up with the floor and she tripped. Definitely needs some work.

Very clean, comfortable, the little snacks. The staff is excellent.

Kitchen a bit small. No kettle. No toaster. The apartment lay out makes it look smaller... too many doors not an open concept. Not sunny. The shower drain needs fixing.

Le plat de croissants a dépanné. Les produits offerts dont l’excellent café et les bouteilles d’eau. Charmantes attentions.

La clé extérieure était difficile à utiliser. D’es personnes de l’intérieur heureusement m’ont ouvert. Il y a eu une cocquerelle dans l’armoire où se trouvait le savon à vaisselle. La fenêtre de la chambre ne semblait pas étanche donc il y avait un peu de bruit depuis la rue et les resto-cafés

The apartment is superb and the apartment building was magnificent, having a very original design. The apartment is super clean and spacious, it has all the necessary stuff (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, washing machine and many others) in order to have a pleasant stay. The host left us some cold water and sweets that were very appreciated by ourselves. The parking is large and there is enough space to park. I would highly recommend, we had a very nice stay :)

Location is a little further out from tourist attractions but very convenient to the airport. Lots of cool bars around the area too. Parking was secure

Host Javier is wonderful. Nice and helpful. The apartment has one bedroom, one living room, and a small kitchen. It is clean, quiet, and safe. There is a gated parking area. Several good restaurants are just across the street.

It's a little far from the city center. However, bus 27 and bus LE are nearby, which go to Plaza Espana in 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic.
