Lovely location right opposite the beach at Los Pocillos. Welcome air conditioning in the bedrooms, pool cleaned twice during our stay. Antonio welcomed us and was always available if we had any issues. Beds are memory foam and very comfortable. A short walk from a number of nice restaurants, the livelier area of Puerto del Carmen is a drive away, maybe 25-30 minutes on foot

A welcome pack would have been nice, hand wash could be considered in the two bathrooms, and a few more dishwasher tablets but these are very minor points.

Beautiful clean, spacious villa in a fantastic location, pool was fabulous and was cleaned every day. Towels were replaced mid way through the week and Antonio was on hand for any questions we had. Outside area was beautiful will full sunshine all day, seating area outside was very comfortable and shaded which was needed.

Amazing and pool was the best

Gorgeous villa. Amazing terrace, sun all day. Great views of the sea. Lovely bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen (no champagne glasses though), handy dishwasher and excellent washing machine. Air conditioning is great and the villa even had its own library, a real bonus. The location is perfect. 5-10 minutes from the airport, near a big Spar shop and small restaurants. Beach is just across the road. Nice walks in either direction. Great host. Antonio kept in touch with us throughout and even arranged our airport taxi who was a lovely guy and he came right on time.

As other reviews have said, the outside furniture is tired. The sun loungers are stained and they don’t go flat. So you can only get a tan on the front if you have a bad back. The terrace is not very private which we were surprised by. The mattresses and pillows are memory foam, equally not good for bad backs. Good old Antonio did bring us more pillows but they were just the same. No maid service all week. A long time for bedding in the heat. But when we asked, Antonio brought us new sheets mid week. The sheets are also a bit tired and even the clean pillow cases are yellowing. It would be nice to have shelving units in the showers so you don’t have to put everything you need on the floor. After a lovely peaceful first day, we had very noisy neighbours in the villa opposite from our second day. Antonio did ask them to keep their music at a reasonable volume though and after that it wasn’t as bad. I’d still recommend this villa to anyone. We were only 3 but it would be very good value for larger groups.

Beautiful villa had everything that you needed. Showers lovely .air-conditioned bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and so were the pillows. The pool was beautiful and well maintained and cleaned 👌 near the beach and had restaurants and bars Well within walking distance . Antonio was a text away ,if we needed him, thankfully, we didn't.. we were a group of 6 sisters (not nuns) Ranging in age from 55.to 83 and all.areas were accessible and within walking distance with no hills .

Location was great pool was a great addition air con in all bedrooms close to the beach and close to local shops bars and also not far into purrto del carmen host was great also met with the keys and checked on us next day and pool was cleaned and filled daily

Lovely big villa, so much better in real life than the photos. It's got a fantastic view and a lovely clean pool. The location is great, nice and quiet but close enough to walk to everything. We were a group of ladies celebrating a milestone birthday and the villa was excellent for our special holiday.
