Alessandro is a wonderful host! Really great experience, he goes above and beyond to help you in any way. The room was clean, tidy and has air conditioner. Alessandro even left free drinks and snacks in the room, which was a nice gesture.

In a very noisy area especially in the early hours of the morning!!

The room was quite nice and clean. It’s well located only a few minutes from the old town and a nice underground parking. Our host was also very friendly and helpful

Location close to the lake front and the old town.

The patio are at the back was lovely but not possible to use due to insects and having the exit for the extractor fans from the restaurant below. Not a big issue as the balcony off the bedroom was perfect.

Gorgeous is the easy word that express the visit, the perfect host aiming to help and provide guidance en regards the restaurant, the deals etc...

It was a good surprise, everything was very good, the room was clean, the location was close, not in the middle of the city, but close. Rooms are big and spacious, bathroom was clean and big. The host was amazing and friendly, that made the difference.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is a student one, so maybe the weekends are a little noisier. But that wasn't a big problem.

geographically well positioned, with car park a 10min walk away which was fine! The room is very much as pictured, very clean with some nice touches! good shower!

The owner was fairly rude over text prior to stay, whilst trying to arrange meeting he complained about being on his own, suggested I ‘book somewhere else’ and then informed me how ‘lucky’ I was to be checked in when we were (he was very nice/helpful in person)… The room is not soundproof, you can hear the communal area very clearly! There is a bar/club next door, and at 2200hrs the DJ began their set! It was SO LOUD you could feel the bass in the bed :/ we lay awake until it finished at 0230hrs! I think the very basic standard of a room is a good night sleep, and I awoke feeling exhausted :/ maybe the rest of the rooms were ok, but I would suggest avoiding room 2 on a Friday night!! As nice as the room is, this was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend, sorry!
