Made to feel very welcome, grounds beautiful, rooms spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast and little touches. Kay and John were very friendly and accommodating

One of the absolute best places I’ve stayed at. Just outside of Orange very peaceful and quiet. The owners are very welcoming. The place is clean and so much space you’re virtually in your own home. Upon arrival you get fruit, biscuits, chocolate, wine, beer & a range of teas. The breakfast is amazing with cooked meal plus cereal, fruit, juice and oats. I can’t speak highly enough of the place. It’s amazing. John and Kay are such wonderful people. They helped me plan my trip, gave me places to visit and and when I brought home dinner on the second night they heated it up for me. Very kind hearted. If you ever travel to Orange or Gough past Orange this place is a must stay.

The beautifully cultured gardens surrounding the property, as well as the many art works throughout the property, were all very inspiring.

Beautiful, well love Bed and breakfast on a 4.5 acres with hundred of trees protecting the house. The owners are professional and very charming. There’s a great breakfast, a comfortable bed, nice wine, beer and muscat. What’s not to love? It’s about 10 minutes from Orange and dead quiet at night. I highly recommend it.

John and Kay were wonderful hosts and they were so hospitable throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also marvellous!

Kay and John made us very welcome. Cosy beds, plentiful food for breakfast, clean, warm ( we visited in winter when there was snow) great information as to what to see and do around Orange.

Hosts were very friendly. Wonderful accommodation and squeaky clean! Lovely peaceful and private garden to have a walk around.

this was a beautiful and delightful stay our hosts were full of ideas and very very open and friendly. They showed us around the gardens had suggestions every day, lit the fire and cooked beautiful breakfasts. Just the best.

Breakfast was excellent,especially Bircher Muesli & array of fruits.Perfect serene location with a country feel just 10 mins out of town.The hosts Kay & John were so welcoming & helpful,even giving us a lift into town for dinner.

What’s not to like.

Set in beautiful well maintained gardens. Kay and John went out of their way to be very helpful . They gave us maps and suggestions for tours of the region and made beautiful meals for us. They made us feel very welcome

John and Kay are wonderful hosts that provide a cosy, very clean space for a weekend away. The fireplace was already lit when we arrived and shown to our room. Complimentary Muscat and chocolates were nice touches. The breakfast each day was slightly different, very home made and absolutely delicious. We wanted to stay longer!
