Excellent! Staff were super helpful. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. Everything matches the description to the T and communication with the reception was super easy. Staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Rooms where clean and well decorated
Very rude staff at the reception, my room wasn't cleaned when I wanted it ..I paid for a penthouse I got one with now window panes so it's was cold and too many mosquitoes..when I complained I was given a smaller room but still changed penthouse rates..I wouldn't recommend ait or stay there again

The location is ok and the size of the rooms
The property needs more cleaning. absolutely nothing in the kitchen. We had to ask for everything. That is not good at all.
And this is the first apartment I have stayed in that has no hot water. We had to take our shower with cold water because we must attend our scheduled business meeting. Very bad. And checking out early in the morning was another strange experience. We couldn't find anyone at the reception. Clearly, these people don't know anything about running this type of business.

Their showers do not have hot water. I was booked for 2 weeks but had to check out after 3 days because they couldn't get the hot water to work.
