I have an issue at the entrance as my code was not working at the begining to enter the building, but after i contacted the reception person that was fixed in 5 mins. all the resi was good

I dont like that apartment was on 4th floor with no elevator- not comfortable to walking it in 30 degres in summer several time in a day and also long walking distance to main center

Really modern apartment with pretty much everything you need! Comfy bed, lovely bathroom, fridge and microwave

The sheets were a bit dirty, the fire alarm was flashing at night which was very annoying when trying to sleep

It was clean and in a good location

Only fault was we were on the top floor and there were a lot of steps to get there.

The wifi room password didn’t work

excellent facilities and just what we needed for a trip to Kracow. we rented 4 rooms and the communication with the host was superb.

Nice location and for a good price! Fast and accomodating support even if there was no one there physically. Smart in theory with the pin codes opening the doors (we got sent the wrong ones). Big and spacious rooms. Nice with the washing machine.

The fact that we got the wrong pin codes was kind of irritating as it happened in the start of the stay. We didn't get the right pin codes at first, and had to call and get some new ones, which also didn't work. But third time was a charm. The rooms were dirty on the floor, the walls and the table, as well as on the matresses and blankets in both Apartments. The matresses were hard and not comfortable for men of average weight or above. There was a broken drawer in one of the closets of one apartment, and the second one got a corroded and dirty drying rack in the kitchen. One of the windows in one apartment was broken and wouldn't open the way it was supposed to. You could hear almost everything from the apartments into the corridor, but luckily not when we were in the apartments, as there were a lot of... sex happening. As we could hear loudly from the other apartments. Lastly, we were instructed to leave our garbage outside our door when we were checking out, but still there was some very angry and rude cleaning ladies shouting at us in Polish in the morning when we were leaving. They gestured that we had to carry it somewhere several times, and we tried to tell them we got instructions to leave it outside. It was not very nice to leave like that when we were stressed and thinking about our flight.

Great apartment. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, also the place was very clean. The location is really close to the old town. Additionally, we were provided with extra towels and bedsheets. The only “downside” was that there wasn’t an elevator, but we didn’t mind. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The bed was very comfy. The room was clean and modern. The access system with the code was simple. There was coffee and tea, a water kettle, 2 wine glasses, coffee mugs, a small fridge, some cutlery and 2 plates.

The room was a bit more basic (less decorations) than on the pictures and quite small. We were on the top floor, so it were quite some steps. There is no real luggage storage, but we could use some storage space from the restaurant to leave our bags on the last day, which was appreciated.

nice location clean appt good facilities / nice amenities / a lot of closets and drawers

we were a family of five and I would expected more flexibility to my request of having an extra bedding and an extra set of towels ! the answer was that the facilities cannot be extended to more than 4 people although we booked for 5 and paid more to have the appropriate appt. I think in comparison to my brothers flat traveling along with 4 pax and paid less it was that we had a bigger corridor ? no elevator !

Very easy access to the building and the room, no need to talk to anyone. Good location, quiet but close to the city center. The room was clean and nice. There was a small fridge, a kettle, and some cups. Wifi was working fine.

Clean, easy to find, supermarket just 2 minutes away, nice wine bar downstairs. The pictures show exactly what the accommodation looks like. Not far from the main square, around 15 minutes walking distance.

Clean, stylish and highly functional apartment. It looks small based on official square meter numbers but studio area is spacy enough to meet with friends.

Only 2 cups? come on guys, you can do better :-) For the family of 3 people it was a bit inconvenient to have a breakfast.
