Wonderful place!!! Big house, swimming pool, barbecue place, close to the beach, everything you need to enjoy your vacations in Algarve. Special thanks to Maria for all support during the stay!!!!

Nice and spacious -about 20 years old-villa, not so excpetional though as there are hundreds around in that part of the coast.No sea view but about 15 minutes walk to a very large sandy beach with lagoon before. Quiet. Exterior well renovated, but inside some very bad points. Close to Faro airport and in high season many planes /noise around. Size of pool is good with nice vergetation around. Basically well equipped.

Washbasin -furniture on 1st floor is really in terrible condition inside : piece of plastic was loose and full of moisture inside (photo). The house basically has a bad smell (toilets? ?) hidden by numerous parfume sticks everywhere. . Bedroom doors without keyes. No ice cube container in the freezer (Maria put it the last day in front of the door). Water dripping from the roof when you sit before the living room(bad flowr water system) Heavy umbrella could not be turend poolside, so no shade. .These were major problems. Pool walls and floor really need cleaning.Otheres were: carpet 1st floor bedroom full of spots. Small exterior door difficult or impossible to lock/unlock with our keye. As we got lost (bad TomTom) we were greatful that Maria picked us up about 5 km away.However we had no welcome drinks and food like other guests. Main concern : as we wanted to inform Maria about just the major problems , she NEVER answered the phone or called back.! We also told the owner who promised to send someone "in an hour" who never turned up. Very bad service and many problems unsolved for this price. Booking com also quoted at the seaside but it isnt and there is close to no view at all even from the roof: only a tiny spot far away between the trees. We 1)dont' understand how other guests gave 9 points or more and 2)how come there are only 13 reviews since 2017? You need a car.
