If you want to explore Tavira whilst staying in luxury accommodation this is the property for you. The host was so helpful and everything you can possibly need is provided for. The shower is great and so are the kitchen facilities. The towels/sheets/bedding are all good quality, and the air conditioning which is essential, works perfectly.

The only downside to this fantastic location is the street noise which can be heard within the rooms as there are restaurant tables directly outside the windows of one bedroom. There was someone serving ice cream from a mobile cart outside the window of the other bedroom. We were staying during high season so this might not be an issue during other months but it’s worth noting if you require quiet to sleep as it went on until the early hours. Myself and my travelling companion both have children so we were generally exhausted every night and could fall asleep regardless. Bring earplugs!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Tavira, more than fully equipped, sparkling clean, with a beautiful terrace and the host, Rui, has been very kind end helpful.

Very central location, close to the river in Tavira and the shops, restaurants and sights. Also close to ferry for trip to Tavira island. Very comfortable apartment with lovely roof terrace overlooking the roofs of Tavira (no river view but very pleasant). Provided with all the required facilities in the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. (Just could have benefited from some hooks in the bathroom.) Would happily stay again.

Nothing very much. Hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. You cannot see the river from the roof terrace but it is very nice and gets the sun.

The house (on 3 levels) is in the historical part of Tavira but feels like a new built. The kitchen is new and very well equipped. The bathroom has a big shower with good water pressure. We didn't spend time on the rooftop terrace, since we preferred roaming the streets outside but it is certainly a good spot to enjoy a 🍷. We used Tavira as a base and took day trips to Olhão and Faro by train.

Since the bedrooms are on street level it was very loud for our baby, and he kept waking up, so we decided to have him sleep in the living room upstairs which was much better. There is also a little bedroom on the 3rd floor, but it felt a bit too far to have our baby.
