Чистый бассейн, довольно чисто в номере, но 3 из 4 подушек в плесени. Красивый вид со 2,3,4 этажа. Вкусный и недорогой ресторан с красивым видом.

Плесень на подушках, дверь закрывалась только на ключ, стафф на рисепшен с 7 утра что то обсуждал в полный голос, и громко топали по лестнице на верхний этаж. Видел как два сотрудника убирались в номере, один (постарше)просто сидел и курил на террасе подавая такой пример новичку, который не стремился убраться в комнате, а стремился убраться из комнаты и присоединиться к своему руководителю. Щётки зубные не были запакованы, я не уверен что они были новые. Соки в ресторане разбавлены водой.

The staff are lovely however there is a new resort being built next door so a fair amount of noise at times.

Hotel also offers snorkelling equipment hire at 50,000 IDR which we found reasonable.

The food could be better, but the breakfast is perfectly fine and offers great value for money included in the room rate. I came out of the shower to see a member of the hotel staff taking a picture of hotel guests on our private terrace. The guests were staying on a different floor, so this was a bit of a shock. The bathroom drain had a bad smell. No shampoo, soap, shower gel or drinking water in the rooms.

The view from the room was the only positive.

There was no warning whatsoever that construction was taking place on an extension being built right next door. Every morning, including Sunday, the hammering and cutting commenced no later than 7:30 am. No consideration for guests whatsoever! Upon arrival there were no floor mats in the room, and we were told there would not be any as they were all still in laundry. Additionally there were no towels in the room but we did eventually receive those after an hours wait. The cleanliness of the room also left a lot to be desired with cob webs in abundance and infestations of ants. Amed has a great array of hotels and accommodations, I would strongly suggest to look for alternatives from this hotel.

Everything: location just in front of the beach with a great reef for snorkeling. Ocean view from the rooms is gorgeous (book the rooms from floor 3 to up). Rooms are spacious

Breakfast is really basic. Would be nice to improve it a little bit. The curtain in the room allows the morning light to enter and if you are a light sleeper you will end waking up quite early.

Location for what we needed. Quite. Beach is good with nice recif. Spacious room (I took sea view). Nice view. Do not take garden view, you will be with a corridor view.

Light curtains so no blackout. Bathroom without window. Old furnished, rusted... Need improvements. Breakfast is very too basic, can be improved as well.

Affordable with good facilities in a great location. The room is big and the bathroom is very spacious. Nice hot showers. I was here 4 years ago when part of it was under construction and it's turned out really well.

The driveway is a little bit steep and unnerving if you're new to scooters.

Rooms are so clean, I tried 3 of them, the ones with sea view are the best, room and towels have an amazing smell, stuff is friendly an attentive, once I came after midnight and made a booking 15 minutes before, anyway stuff met me very friendly and gave me amazing room. Definitely want to come back.

Shiny death trap tiles especially in the bathroom. Curtains don't let you sleep in the morning. Full sunlight, no blockout at all. No cushions on the very sparse outdoor furniture in the rooftop room. Fantastic room but they let themselves down with the facilities. They could turn this room into a 5 star experience but guess it is too much work. And despite a previous post complaining about dirty plates left behind in the pool area overnight, the same thing on this visit. Disgusting to see and completely unnecessary.

The view from the room was million dollar. Woke up to beautiful sunrise at the terrace. View from the terrace was to die for.

The property itself was lovely and comfortable. But the location isn’t ideal unless you have a scooter. It’s up the hill and far away from the main section of town. Many of the warungs aren’t open yet since the pandemic, so options to eat close are sparse. I ended up moving to a location closer to a better snorkeling and town location.

Breakfast was alright. Appreciate the fact that it was free. And pretty nice pool, with an amazing view.

Towels (blue and yellow), are ugly. And the snorkling equipment were bad.
