Easy to collect the keys. The hosts then leave you to it unless you need them. No fuss and a very easy transaction. The villa including outside areas is huge! The pictures actually dont do it justice. Awesome for a big group of friends. Loads of big communal spaces inside and out. Also close to the bars, restaurants, clubs.

A BBQ facility would have topped it off. Also more then one set of keys.

Location was fantastic, lots of shops bars and cafes near by. There is a big supermarket round the back of the villa which was easily accessible, you can pop in to the hotel to order taxis or if you had any issues. The villa itself was better than I thought it would be. Very basic in terms of what was available in the kitchen - salt, sugar, bottle openers, corkscrew, washing up liquid, surface spray etc. Nothing was included but a few dish washer tablets. It was easy to contact the hotel and get things or just go to the shop. If we had any issues with the villa the staff were good in responding and resolving if they could. The pool was lovely, really nice and warm the trees surrounding do drop on the pool throughout the day but it was easy to service ourselves. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread across 2 floors, 2 outside areas with a table and one big dinning/ living room, separate kitchen and utility.

One toilet didn't work and we couldn't get this fixed each time we spoke to the hotel which was frustrating. One room didn't have aircon and one aircon didn't work - this was fixed eventually. Felt like just leaving a surface spray or washing up liquid would have been a good basic. There was dishwasher tablets but to have some more basics would have been appreciated. A lot of other reviews talked about only have one set of keys - yes it is annoying however what was more annoying was the three locks to get in to the front door and some times it locked itself from the inside which was very confusing. We often just went in one of the side doors instead. Also didn't feel like we know what we were doing with the bins which resulted in just lots of bags being used and left where we felt was the most appropriate - more info on check in for that would have been better. Also the shower in the ensuite would flood a little on the floor and this was a little dangerous considering the hard floor should we have slipped. However on requesting more towels the hotel did provide straight away.

The villa is spacious, beautiful and well located. The swimming pool is a great enjoyment for a group of friends

The villa is large so very comfortable for a large group - there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We would definitely recommend staying there for your holidays in Palma. All rooms are spacious and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The villa has a pool with 7 sun beds, plenty of chairs and beach towels. The pool is in the sun all day which is great. Plenty of shade to be found if you wish for that also. The villa uses the hotel next door for some of the services, such as arrival key collection, towels/bedlinen. Also the hotel next door can organise taxis for your trips. The hotel has good facilities for food and drinks. The location is very safe and the villa too - Fort Knox - plenty of locks to open and close doors and windows.

The villa only has one set of keys, which is not convenient for large groups whether you are lots of families sharing your holiday, or a bunch of friends, who might wish to do different things during the day or the evening. Always someone needs to be home to let everyone in (even at a late hour) or you all need to do everything together and therefore return back to the villa together. An extra set of keys would be much more practical and efficient. You can't leave the keys in the hotel for others to use as there is a gate to the property that needs to remain closed and accessible only by a fob - there is only one fob. The villa is short on crockery for a large group - there was only a few glasses that needed to be shared amongst a large group - 3 champagne glasses, no wine glasses, and handful of water glasses and was missing hairdryers, kettle etc. The villa could benefit from a welcome note that shares how to use things such as WiFI codes, the AC (lacking remote controls in rooms to turn on/off), some parts of the villa could do with a little maintenance such as doors, handles, locks being fixed - one of the toilets flush upstairs didn't work. The villa doesn't provide any basic starter items so you will need to do a shop. Plenty of toilet role provided but nothing other than that.

there was just one copy of the keys for 10 people and the kitchen supplies were not sufficient, otherwise the house is pretty good!
