We had a wonderful stay at David and Denise's condo. Everything is exactly as described and then some! Wonderfully comfortable, perfectly appointed. The only downside of the location is that the beach can be a little narrow at the North end. But we would love to stay here again.

This condo is simply magical! Very comfortable with all of the amenities you find in your own home. Beach towels, umbrella, wagon, bikes and toys for you to use. A well-supplied kitchen and smart TV makes this condo an easy destination - just bring yourself, clothing and food. Everything else is taken care of for you. I'll definitely return to this beautiful, magical retreat again!

This place was so great! It was very clean and comfortable, and Denise had everything we needed inside. All the extra touches that make for a great vacation. This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed at! Denise & David keep the home in excellent shape - everything you can think of is provided and you would really only need to buy actual food (the kitchen is stocked with oils, spices, coffee/tea and the bathroom has toiletry essentials). Denise called before check-in to make sure I had directions/check in details and checked in after as well. She went above and beyond! The area is stunning - you have the best view of the ocean from the balcony (and you can see the ocean from inside the unit as well). I don’t think you could get any closer! Parking is right in front of the building, super easy. Everything is easy to get to. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, book with Denise and David!!

Dave and Denise are excellent hosts! They've thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. From the well-stocked kitchen (even a water cooler!) to the homey beach decor, super comfy bed, and a garage full of everything you need for a great day at the beach, you won't be disappointed. We loved taking the bikes out to cruise around the island and just hanging out on the balcony watching the waves. Great experience!

Immaculate condo that feels like a home with everything you need and more. Location is at the less trafficked end of the beach and is perfect for rest and relaxation. Fairly easy walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. The balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee with the sunrise and all throughout the day. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!

This condo is exactly as pictured and described. It’s clean and comfy with tons of little extras to make things easy for you. We didn’t miss a sunrise, it’s almost like a free show on the balcony! It was chilly while we were there but nothing but blue skies. I was still on the beach every day and enjoyed coffee and wine on the balcony. The location is great and we had lots of adventures. The little restaurant and tiki bar on the pier is great for a light bite if you don’t want to drive. Denise was great to communicate with and her phone call before we came down gave us tons of information. It was the perfect spot for two and did I mention the view was amazing? :)

I have stayed at many properties up and down the NC/SC coast and this is by far the nicest I’ve had the pleasure of renting. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The pictures provided accurately portray the property. You will have everything you need from a Culligan water dispenser to a fully stocked kitchen and a garage full of anything you would need for a day on the beach. The owners stay in contact to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The location is perfect for a quiet beach trip. It’s on the northern end of Carolina Beach and seems to be in a family oriented area. The view from the condo is amazing. You can see the ocean from just about everywhere in the condo, I spent a lot of time in the swing in the balcony. :-). The property is close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. And if you don’t want to go out, Door Dash will bring it to you. I am looking forward to returning to B-7!

This was a wonderful condo right on the beach! You have beautiful views of the ocean right from the living room and the bedroom. Is there anything more relaxing than listening to the waves!?! The condo was very well-stocked. I’m a heavy packer by nature but I very well could have just packed some clothes/shoes and a few other personal items and been set for my whole vacation! Beach access is just a few feet away!!! Parking was easy and convenient. The condo was located far enough away from the all the noise of Carolina Beach but still close enough to all the different food venues and entertainment. Denise was a pleasure to talk with - she was thorough and kind and readily available. Thankfully, I never had any issues that required my having to reach out but I have no doubt she would have responded promptly. I would definitely recommend this property and come back to stay again myself!

I had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful sitting right on the beach easily accessible. The condo comes equipped with bicycles, boogie boards, and all you would need to enjoy the beach. The weather turned out perfect for the week. Denise stayed in touch and made some terrific restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this location and hope to return again to it someday.

As soon as you walk in you know you're in a special place. The contact with Denise before, during, and after our stay was very helpful and it was reassuring to know help was right around the corner if we needed anything. Everything you need for the beech is right the and the sand is only steps away. Honestly we could just sit on the deck all day !! We've stayed beechfront at other places but have never been so close to the ocean. We highly recommend staying here !

We so enjoyed our stay in Dave and Denise’s condo. The view and sound of the surf from both the living room AND bedroom is amazing! Parking was easy (right in front of the steps) and the keypad made it so simple to come and go. The garage right underneath the condo was FULL of equipment… a beach chair that converts to a cart made it so convenient to transport the umbrella, another chair, etc. Denise even provides a beach blanket in a carry-bag, along with a small bag for shells. We used the very clean washer and dryer a couple of times, and there was plenty of laundry detergent available. In fact, one of the nicest things about this condo was how well-equipped it was! You do have to walk four condos down the road to get to beach access, and then still need to walk down behind the rocks a bit, before finally getting to where you can navigate down to the beach, but once you’ve done it once or twice, it didn’t seem like a big deal. The only other less than stellar thing was that the mattress was very soft, making it hard for stomach sleepers to get comfortable. But the outstanding things about this condo made you forget any negatives. The pool across the street was refreshing, and I spent so much time in that lovely swinging chair on the deck, reading my book. We also appreciated the Culligan water filter/dispenser… used it several times a day. I highly recommend this condo, as Denise and Dave have thought of everything for an easy, comfortable, convenient and fun vacation!

I have never traveled to North Carolina. Usually, I go somewhere along the Gulf of Mexico. BUT, this is my new go-to destination. Everything about this vacation was right. Easy to book. Owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. Easy to access. The property is immaculate, fully furnished, thoughtfully decorated, and kindly stocked with everything you'll need to feel like home. Just add you, your clothes and some groceries. The balcony view of the Atlantic Ocean is incredible with sounds of the waves rolling in at all hours. Restaurants are convenient to the condo. Shopping is, too. The beach is readily accessed. The beaches are clean and family friendly. What else can I say? I will return. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

We have rented through VRBO many times, and this has probably been our best experience. The property was even better than we imagined from the photos. The layout is perfect, with natural light coming in through windows on both sides of the unit. We could see the ocean from the living area & the bedroom, and the view is outstanding. The outdoor area is quite private, with enough protection from weather that we could sit out there even in the rain. I can't say enough good things about our hosts. Denise not only sent check in info, but called to make sure all was clear, & to answer any questions. They made the space incredibly welcoming, including a bag for shell collecting & whimsical Covid masks. The kitchen space was the perfect size, and was well equipped, even had a window seat! We enthusiastically recommend this rental!!

We had an amazing experience with this property- from initial booking until Hurricane Dorian forced our evacuation. Denise & David have restored this beautiful little condo to brand new following damage from Hurricane Florence (Sept ‘18). Denise opened communication 2weeks before our arrival & kept in touch throughout. This was honestly - by far- the best equipped VRBO Rental we have ever experienced! The kitchen knives were even sharp! Everything you could want for the beach is there and in good condition! Unfortunately, Dorian forced us to leave midweek, but we will definitely be back!!

My husband and I have never been to Carolina Beach and wanted to check it out. This was a great choice, because we live in northern NJ and wanted to try something different than the Jersey shore, as we're hoping to move to an area that has lower taxes at some point within the next couple of years. This condo has been updated and was very comfortable and is literally right ON THE BEACH. The owners also equipped the condo with everything possible you could need, including sheets, bath/beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, suntan lotion, hairspray, blow dryer - I could go on and on. I definitely loved this because everywhere else I have stayed through Home Away I've had to lug all of this stuff with me and come home with a bunch of dirty clothes (they also have a washer and dryer and there is laundry detergent as well). We really had a great time and are looking forward to going back!

We had an awesome time at this condo. It was very easy to find and literally right on the beach! The beach is maybe 30 feet away from the balcony, you can't beat that! There is every amenity you could possibly want or need in this condo. Big walk in closest, great decor, comfy couch. We brought our two small children along and there were a ton of games and movies for them. The place was spotless and they had a welcome card, water, popsicles for our three year old in the freezer and brand new robes for my husband and I waiting and to take home. Not only that but great magazines, coupons, things to do, places to eat. You seriously cannot beat this deal on this place. We are going to go back later this summer. We wish the weather was nicer so we could enjoy the beach but with everything provided for us, it was nice just hanging out with our family. Thank you so much!

We found this one bedroom condo to be extremely clean, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. Stepping out on to the balcony and you are nearly in the ocean! The condo is up to date on appliances, decor, and paint. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we didn't get a chance to mosey down the boardwalk, but there are numerous restaurants within walking, biking, or driving distance. We found all the restaurants to be friendly. Make sure you visit the aquarium and the battleship North Carolina (if the weather is poor). This condo is more than priced right!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
