Ev çok temizdi . Mutfak , banyo yenilenmiş , moderndir. Yataklar oldukça rahattı ve nevresimler , havlular gayet iyi durumdaydı . Check in de anahtara kutudan ulaşabilmek çok rahattı . Araç için her gün aynı sokakta yer bulabildik . Tüm gece park için sadece 2-3 eur ödedik . Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık .

Konum sokağında , yakınında market yoktu . Ama 7-8 dk yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabilirsiniz .

The location and checking in with the owner is excellent. The apartment was very spacious, clean and maintained. The location is within walking distance from any place in Catania and we even managed to park our rental car in the street with very little hassle. Would highly recommend staying there

The apartment is large, spacious and airy (perfect for four adults) with balconies that catch the morning and afternoon sun that are perfect for drying washing. The coffee machine is a great addition and it is very easy to get cheap pods from stores nearby. The location is perfect with everywhere you want to go in the city within a reasonable walking distance. There is very little street noise. My husband was very ill whilst in Catania and the hosts, Marco and Manuela, could not have been more helpful. I shall always be grateful to them for the rapid and practical assistance they gave in a time of great stress and anxiety.

Marco met us at the apartment and was very helpful and pleasant. The elevator was handy since we were on the 4th floor. The balcony is fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Was nice to be able to wash some clothes and hang at the 2nd balcony. The air conditioner was very nice and strong. The coffee machine was a nice touch. We ended up buying more coffee pods and use it in the afternoon. The apartment was extremely clean. The decor is very tasteful.

Really need dresser drawers or even just some empty shelves. It is hard to live out of a suitcase for 5 nights. At least provide more hangers so people can hang up more clothes. Also could've used more wine glasses.

Great Spacy apaetement in city Center

big apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 balconies, comfortable for 4 people and more

a chest of drawers in the rooms would have been nice, apart from that, everything was good

Everything was perfect

The apartment is very spacious with two balconies (one can be used for some relaxation). It is very tastefully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable to use. I liked the sun shining into the kitchen in the morning. There was some sweet surprise waiting for us in the dining room. The building has an elevator, so although the apartment is on the last floor, it has easy access. The elevator is relatively narrow, but I think a small stroller should get inside. There were 6 of us, including 2 children. They had enough space for running around, including balconies. There are some toys for small children available. The living room and the kitchen are open to one another, but they, in fact, are separated spaces. Two bedrooms are very spacious and have large beds. One bedroom is smaller with a relatively narrow bed (about 120 cm wide). In my opinion the apartment is very comfortable for 5 adults if you want to have separate rooms, up to 7 if one has no problem sleeping in an open space room (there is an extra sofa/bed in the living room). There is a very spacious bathroom with ample shower space and an extra toilet which is very useful. The apartment is very well located, within a 10-minute walk from the market and about a 20-minute walk from the Piazza Univerista. There is a metro station (Italia) nearby. We used it to get to/from the bus or train station. There also is easy access from/to the airport if one does not want to rent a car - a bus stop is just 500 m from the apartment.

I have two remarks, but it is strictly connected with our needs, so it does not have to impact some other stays: 1. none of the beds can be divided into two separate, 2. there could be more space for clothes; the available wardrobes can be insufficient for a longer stay or with children.
