This is not a official fab hotel.. it's a local lodge use name as fab hotel

I want refund of amount as the room which I was in is too bad for 1700 rs price, and was also very dirty with no TV, and hairs on floor and on bed. I have attached some photos of the room 206 of this fab hotel underbridge. There was also dust on headboard and  no latch on main gate.

They declined to check in by saying that their rooms were booked for others

Staff is very helpful, professional, polite & caring. Housekeeping team. Food quality is good & special requirements are well taken care of.

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

The hotel is beautifully located on the main street. Rooms are super clean and staff is very well behaved. The hotel is absolutely worth staying.

Fab express hotel is fraud. They take money and once you reach they don't provide room

I did booking from booking. Com But hotel said that they don't take booking of booking.com And then i had to pay Different and higher rates than the actual booking fare

So when reached hotel, they stated that the booking is not showing up in their system and you would need to check-in through the hotel directly and not booking.com. Plus they charged Rs.1300 against the actual tariff of Rs.757 shown by booking.com. Height was after check out, am receiving check-out message from booking.com. Now if you have checked in directly through the hotel, how are you receiving check-out message from booking.com. Hotel it looting people. There were other people as well having the similar issue.
