Location, coziness, safety, calm place.

Also the drawback is no cleaning included. Usually in stays when I travel there are some cleaning once in a few days for free if you stay long period. At some places they can clean even everyday or whenever you ask with no extra payment. With changing all the stuff like bedshits and towels. Here there was no cleaning during two week I stayed, it was additional option for like 23/25€.

Kitchen facilities and shower/toilet good. Quiet area close to shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of centre and station. Dimitri answered any text queries quickly .

We found it cold when sleeping at night as only a top sheet was provided. There was a very thin extra cover which was single size. Haven't ever been in an apartment where a duvet cover or blanket wasn't provided.

Good location, about 12-15 minutes walk to a historical city-center. There are many cafes/Pizzas nearby. Very clean and cozy appartment. The owner even took care of a mosquito repellent, thanks to him. :)

There is no free long-term parking near the house. The regular knife and cutting board were missing. but it didn't spoil our overall impression.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures. Good size for 2 people. Has a place to lock our bikes.

The owner of the tourist flat is very friendly and helpful and we could contact him any time. The flat is perfectly located for a trip with the Burchiello: within walking distance from the railway station and 5 min from Porta Portello and good restaurants
