It's expensive but it is Lisbon and its a quality apartment so i understand why

Well equipped, clean apartment close to the Park. Very helpful host! :) We stayed there with an infant and we felt that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (incl. cod with comfy mattress and a high chair).

One minor issue is the plane noise.

Breakfast is not included in this apartment. But I make my own, which is perfect :) And you have all facilities to cook a very nice meal and a place to enjoy it.

Everything else, other than the lack of light/separate sun terrace. Prez was an amazing host and made this a very different experience to arriving at a generic hotel/resort. He contacted after the booking and before arrival, offering directions and transport options. He greeted us at the apartment, we had a lovely welcome drink and overview of the area, tours, recommended sights and routes and transport options, and generally a very personal welcome from someone who is evidently genuinely interested in ensuring his guests' comfort and holiday experience. Prez had wine and fruit waiting and the amazing pastel de nata for us, and sent on tips all through our week there - transport, places to go and see, and definitely tailored his recommendations for us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here - it is a difference from a hotel or apartment chain, and was so nice to have the welcome and suggestions from a native and someone who is clearly proud to show off his city. The location is excellent, about 15 mins walk from a main city landmark, with supermarkets, restaurants etc. within a couple of minutes walk. The pool is a huge advantage and is quiet and comfortable, so feels very relaxing in an area that's so near to the city. The pool is nice and quiet, but there are a lot of steps up so it may not be accessible for everyone. Lisbon is an fabulous, fun and very pretty city, I'd hugely recommend visiting, and would highly recommend staying in Prez's apartment - tips and suggestions from a genuinely helpful and friendly host, close to the city landmarks, and with the bonus of a pool setting so near to the city. The apartment has all you could need - excellent kitchen, English TV, hairdryer, iron, and many more extras not found in a hotel or apartment company, extremely comfortable, clean and stylish. Thanks Prez for all your help, suggestions and friendliness during our holiday. I can't wait to go back to Lisbon already!
