Masseria Le Torri is a haven. As soon as we got there we felt instantly relaxed. The grounds are extremely well maintained and the staff are accommodating. We arrived earlier so we could enjoy the masseria (as we only stayed for 1 night in our journey around puglia) and we were allowed to use the pool and toilet facilities while we waited for our room. Our room felt luxurious, was well thought out and well decorated and the restaurant was good but nothing to rave about.

As we only stayed one night i didn't bother to raise this with the staff but there were a couple of basic things that were not up to standard especially for the price you pay. - the wifi connection in our room didn't work and it also didn't reach to the pool area (luckily we had data so didn't need to rely on wifi) - the aircon unit in the room was very loud like a washing machine which made it tough to sleep - we were only provided with 2 small bottles of water. while the tap water was supposedly drinkable it tasted terrible, bottles of water were €6 each so just keep that in mind Overall we really loved our stay and the things above were just small issues.

We received exceptionally personalized service, the staff was very attentive, the food was wonderful, the grounds are pristine and beautiful. It is quiet and has a wonderful welcoming vibe. Highly Recommend!

everything about Le Torri is exceptional. if you are visiting Polignano a mare this is a must. every corner is stunning. the service is next to none. we will be back.

The Masseria is stunning with beautiful decor and so comfortable. The staff was kind, attentive and accommodating. The meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. We borrowed bikes for a lovely ride though the olive groves. A restful and magical place!

We liked the location, the agriculture scenery and the nature. The design of the place is nice.

Maybe because of the offseason time we felt like the place offered us limited options and everything was calculated by the crew, we couldn't really enjoy the place. If it is not profitable enough to open in offseason, simply don't open

Gorgeous, authentic masseria

Masseria Le Torri is a very special place. Among the many masserias we have visited, few have come close to Le Torri. Sylvana has paid careful attention to every single detail - from the luxurious linens, to the food, to the daytime aperitivi by the pool: everything about Le Torri is chic and special. The masseria is small, though each room feels very private, has dedicated private outdoor space, and it is surrounded by sprawling and gorgeous common spaces and an excellent pool. Polignano and the beaches of Puglia are all within a 30 min drive but once you arrive you will be reluctant to leave the property- we always were! Make sure you stay for their excellent dinner.

Room is very spacious, lovely Puglia views from the terrace. Room has most of necessary items and breakfast was freshly made and really delicious. Probably the best part of the stay there. Also, separate mention to the staff who all, without fault, were amazing.

For the price that you pay for a night one would expect more amenities in the room - coffee machine, wardrobe with doors, better quality skincare, vanity kit and a phone to connect you to the reception in case anything needed. Pool area standards are below the level of similar priced establishments.

Everything was perfect.

The location is as beautiful and spotless as shown in the pictures. Really beautiful with a lot of love for details. Our suite was very spacious and we had a lot to discover :). The pool had the perfect temperature for the high temperature in Apulia in July.

Generally, the communication with the staff was not so easy as most of the staff refrains from speaking English.

We only were able to stay one night in this incredible place, but my was it magical. The whole venue is stunning and the grounds are even better. Privacy and serenity at its finest. And the staff was so pleasant and sweet and patient with us as we tried (but failed) to speak Italian. The owner gave us the sweetest parting gift as a sign of good luck for the rest of our travels. If I could I would stay here a million times over.

Everything was perfect. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything is designed with such great detail and love and the staff is insanely nice. The hotel seems to be very recently completely refurbished and it feels like home, living in the most perfect romantic Masseria you can imagine. The breakfast is also made with so much love, brought to our room Terrasse overlooking the pugliesen countryside. Location is close to many beautiful villages and sights. Overall a perfect stay!

The only thing I would recommend is not taking a junior suite because it’s two separate rooms, one very small room which you don’t really use which is facing the windows and one bedroom with no natural light which is a shame. Rather take a superior double room which might be smaller but has much more light than the junior suites because the bed is directly facing big windows.
