This is a really unique and beautiful property. It has stunning views of the island and all the greenery around is fabulous, it feels like a real escape. The aircon in our room worked very well and it was dark and quiet at night. The staff ensured our privacy but were helpful when needed. They also offer pickup from the nearby port (except on Sundays). The mattress was comfortable with Mosquito net however a little small for us European sized travellers!
There were unfortunately a lot of ants in our room initially. However we managed to kill most of them and when we informed the staff, they sprayed the room which was effective.
It is not an easy place to get to by bike/trike. It is up in the mountain and the road is rough. It also gets very slippy after rain.
The bathrooms were cleaned every day but at night they had a lot of bugs there. We didn't mind this however. It is an outdoor living experience.

Amazing views, specially sunset, also waking up on the top with rarely anyone around. Super easy going owners and staff, I love the care that they take of the very beatiful gardens.
Not the most convenient if you just want to party at Alona beach. Road is steppy may be challenging if you are not confident on a bike, wifi only at the lounge steps above, but good to disconnect when sleep.

We liked the view and its cute that they use hobbit houses. We also liked the hot shower although it was common with other guests.
There were bed bugs. My partner got bed bug bites all over him. It was really uncomfortable.

The location is lovely with a great view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake booking my dates, and we turned up a week earlier, but they didn't hesitate to accommodate without extra charge. When we were not very comfortable in the accommodation, they tried everything they could to help us. They also arranged transport for us. The food is good and value for money.
There's a big hole on the wall and gaps in the ceiling, which let the cold air out. So our room was warm despite the air-conditioning. One of the sockets is hanging loose, which I consider unsafe. The toilet door lock is broken. Part of the design of the accommodation is hanging root like plant, which I was not fond of. However, this is all personal preferences.
I still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sequijor.

Awsome little hobbit house, there was airconditioner in ours it was perfect. The view is breathtaking. It is a bit far from the main attractions but we like it that way! The staff was also very friendly.

Really nice hostel with amazing views and cool living area. The huts are super cute. Warm showers!! Renee is very nice and funny and so is the fish Stewart.
The rooms can get a bit warm and the toilets are very simple and a little bit full of ants lol

breathtaking scenery, relaxing, peaceful
Location- a bit scary to go there at night cos it’s very dark; Food- make sure to have own food at night, reception only has chips & canned drinks; Toiletries- bring own towel.

there was not toilet paper

Nice view from the camp. Silence and quiet
Complicated access up a steep road.
the room are like caves, then humid and smell of moisture.
The round door is neither nice nor practical, must bend to enter the hole.
The Cr is in the best place, 😂 right in the middle of the panoramic view.
The rooms should have been built there, not in a cave!

Staff were incredible and the location was wonderful.

views were fabulous, hobbit room was basic and comfortable showers and toilet were clean and hot water in shower. Food was great. Would have stayed longer but weather was not great which was a pity. Location on top of hill we walked up in 20 mins with small backpacks. Wifi was v.good in reception and staff were helpful.
need some hanging clips/pegs just to keep clothes off floor.

We booked for a family room of 8 adults, 2 children. The rooms were spacious enough, but the owner said 1 room is only good for 6 pax (provably problem w/booking.com?). The good thing was, he gave us another AC room for free. A big plus for us. The view is superb, you can see the city lights at night. Too bad we arrived late evening and left early morning so we weren’t able to see the view during the day.
If you booked a tour package and your service vehicle is a multicab, you’ll be walking around 15-20 mins to reach the property, which happened on our way because the multicab can’t reach the property because it is very steep.

Spot is really beautiful, the view is Amazing
The restaurant has a nice view also and it's great to relax and enjoy
Maybe try a room with A/C
It was so humid we didn't sleep and open the door as soon as possible in the morning, thought we were gonna be sick, would never spend another night here

Incredible view, especially at sunset !! Nice hobbit like huts.
Staff nice but not very attentive, we felt like we kept disturbing them. Bike rental is only available in the port. Toilets were not working properly and no hot water.

I love the view of the coast of the island.
The rooms have no exhaust fan.

Great views, the whole place is nice and original. The toilets/shower were OK. It's very cheap, so count it like camping.
Maybe because we stayed right after the covid, and there was nobody else staying, but they gave us dirty sheets, probably taken from an hold shelf. The room also counted a few larvas on the wall... It deserves a better cleaning.

Location and view 👌
The staff especially Ate in the reception area and the food. Since the property is set on the outskirts, management could have added more options in their menu.

The views from the room...
It is quite far, internet does not reach your room, no paper in the toilets, the staff is too serious.

Lovely scenery! The view from the little huts is amazing. At night it also cools down perfectly. Had a good time here.
No towels and no toilet paper available. I also think that 2 showers maybe isn't enough to accomodate all hobbit huts.
