Breakfast is good same with location

Property is clean and modern, I had the green room which is facing away from the street in the backyard. It was very clever designed, maximizing the space to include a shower (not for the claustrophobic or people who are bigger size) and aircon. The room had a green light that could be turned on separately which is good for setting the mood. There’s also a small fridge (didn’t use), some lovely sweets by the host and a big storage space (probably a bit too big unless you have several pieces of luggage. The highlight is the breakfast location on the 9th floor which offers a view over Cagliari (hence the name). You can sit inside and there are two sun beds as well. Laura is a very helpful host, there’s plenty of infos in a little multi-lingual handbook in the room and in the common area but she’s happy to help over WhatsApp anytime! Cagliari as a city has a car problem (too many and too little parking spaces). The host offers a private parking space and you can explore the city by feet easily or take a e-bike tour. But parking outside is difficult at any time I can highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Cagliari.

Had some progress with the air condition at night which caused some bad sleep. First it was too cold and then too hot but that was my trouble setting it to the right temperature. Rooms aren’t soundproof, you hear all from the other guests

Everything was perfect. The host, Laura, is very kind and always want her guests to feel good. The room was clean and smelt so nice. The breakfast is rich and pleases every taste. To sum up, it s definetly worth it.

No cons.

The host was amazing! The breakfast was very nice and the view was also awesome. It is not far away from the centro and it is in a nice neighbourhood directly besides the San Benedetto Market! So lovely. The rooms are clean and not too big but perfect for a a short trip. The Bathroom is also very clean which we really loved! Would 100% recommend! :)

It was amazing time in Cagliari

The location was perfectly located near town center and bus stops. Very accessible location. Laura (host) is native to the town and was very informative and hospitable... Breakfast was easy fresh and traditional... we will definitely return .. Thank you Laura.

It was very hot during my trip.. but fortunately this accommodation had a superb air conditioning unit.

The room was very nice and clean. Located very near to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Especially the breakfast on the rooftop from which you have a very nice view. Laura was very friendly and gave us good recommendations for exploring the city. 😊

Walking distance from city center, lovely private terrace with beautiful view of the city, very clean and intimate room! The breakfast area is on the rooftop, with a beautiful terrace as well. Very very kind host, very helpful and understanding. The breakfast is delicious and the proximity of the city center with all the restaurants and shops makes it a perfect choice for your vacation in Cagliari.

Host is very nice and easy to communicate with (always available per what's up). We came earlier as expected and she let us in without any problems! It smells really nice in the property and it Is very clean. Breakfast was good with a tasty coffee on the rooftop of the property, where you have a great view of the city!

Super friendly host, nice breakfast and really clean and comfy rooms.

Super clean and comfortable room. Ideal compromise as there is the possibility to park the car while being super close to the city center at walking distance. Laura gave us great advices to get the most of the city (key areas to visit, shopping, restaurants...) Breakfast is good and generous with homemade pastries. Nice view on the city from the terrace above. Secured parking available on demand for a small fee. Definitely a perfect place to stay in Cagliari.
