La gestión del alojamiento. No se puede contactar con la inmobiliaria por teléfono, únicamente por WhatsApp, y hay situaciones que requieren una atención personalizada. La ubicación no corresponde al alojamiento, tardamos mucho en encontrarlo.

Very good location. Everything is near by. Nice patio. Garden. Beautiful balcony in the master bedroom. View on the sea is breathtaking.

One bathroom was locked/closed. Only living room on the first floor has air condition. All 4 bedrooms do NOT have air condition (only fans) . 3 bedrooms facing the hill. Impossible to sleep during the night, when outside is hot Spanish Summer and temperature is more than 30 Celsius. Property had description that barbecue is available, but when we asked about it, got answer: not available for quests. Communication with host via WhatsApp was far from the perfect. Lack of instruction “how to use...”. Example: if opening the garage gate to enter the garage is different then exit, the instruction should be provided. We had to ask neighbor.

Beautiful house, very close to the sea, Highly recommended!

The property is in a good location. On the beachfront. Great view.

Not the cleanest house. No access to garage (communal entrance locked, parking 150 metres away if lucky. Communal swimming pool locked, climbing over gate for access. No satellite or English channels, no dvd player, lack of towels (family of 7) no egg cups, some light bulbs out, patio lights out of action, frying pans stick when cooking, we replaced a shower head in ground floor bathroom (unusable), shower bracket in first floor ensuite useless, no duvet covers for single beds, no change of bedding for the two the weeks, ironing board unstable and rusty (Should be scrapped), toaster did not work (this was replaced with a sandwich maker and arrived vis Amazon) Recliner armchair did not recline, sofa & dining chairs tired (worn and needs updating. Single beds very uncomfortable (springs) After returning home and checking previous reviews it appears these issues have are ongoing and are not being rectified.

Unbeatable location, just in front of the beach, and with a great garden where we usually had lunch and dinner. Great swimming pool and nicely refurbished house. The house was clean and the communication with Andres was good at all times, he was very helpful.

Strongly recommended. It looks like the pictures, it’s clean, cozy and the location is very good and the communication with Lola was excellent!

The views are spectacular, we were very happy although we stayed very little time. We would have liked to have been much more. Some small unimportant detail that we discussed with the hosts and they were very kind and quick to fix it. Eternally grateful.

House in need of good renovation. Was without a washing machine for 8 days (with 6 people not relaxing holiday). Door handles to upstairs bedroom fell off and also bathroom upstairs. Single beds in both upstairs bedrooms had 1 comfortable bed each and 1 with not up to standard for adults very poor quality mattresses. No duvet covers on any beds. When we arrived self entry by key in code machine on outside window. Only 5 bath towels and no spare sheets. When phoned Fidalsa cleaner brought round extra towels and sheets. No shower curtain in main bathroom and shower did not work. Cleaner brought another shower head which did not reach holder. First time we put a wash on and went out came back to find water all over sitting room, kitchen and back bedroom (some mess which we had to clean up resulting in stress). No light bulbs in lamps and only 2 working in main sitting room ceiling light instead of 6. Advertisement for house has been changed from when we first booked. Only 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet where there should have been shower had washing machine sitting on it. Charged extra €189 for 6th person staying for 1 week. Also charged €50 euro extra for cleaning when we came home. Could not was sheets as we had a load of washing and beach and bath towels to do. Left clean bath towels on line. Would like some compensation for a stressful holiday please. Would not stay there again. One other thing bar b q was filthy and a garden chair broke when sat on.
