My stay in the apartment of Esther y Javi was very pleasant. Coffee, tea, fruits as well as water were already available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Javi was always available and gave me sightseeing recommendations. The apartment is centrally located and quiet. I would book it again anytime.

El departamento es perfecto, buena cantidad de metros, amplio y muy cómodo! La habitación principal con baño privado! La habitación secundaria con cama matrimonial también! Todos los ambientes tenían ventilador de techo, radiadores de calefacción y además calefacción central. No le falta nada!
Todo da a la calle, y tiene un balcón muy seguro y bonito!
La vista da a una calle diagonal muy linda
Hay dos mercados a una cuadra cada uno! El baño general también es impecable! Con dicha y todo lo necesario!
La iluminación con luces led es muy tenue para dar tranquilidad en los ambientes! Es genial!
La cocina está totalmente equipada y de calidad premium! Todo, todo y todo estaba perfecto! La recepción y la despedida fue excelente! Javier es una persona muy amable y excelentes anfitriones!

The Host/Owners had prepared the apartment to a very high standard. They also provided food items which were very welcome though unexpected. It was a very pleasant experience well located and close to shops and transport.

A clean, modern and well equipped apartment in a quiet place not far from the center. The hosts left some food, which was great. Elche is a very nice town.

très bel appartement, très propre, beaucoup de choses fournies : dosettes de café en nombre suffisant, de quoi faire les petits déjeuners, même des brosses à dents (pratique, nous en avions oublié deux sur les quatre personnes !). Super emplacement en plein centre mais bien isolé du bruit. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité d'avoir une place de parking en option car toutes les places en extérieur sont généralement prises dans le quartier. Hôte au petits soins !

La disponibilidad para ayudar tanto en la entrada como en la salida, muy amable y facilitando enormemente la estancia. Es un alojamiento increíble y lo recomiendo encarecidamente, repetiré seguro siempre que viaje a Elche.

La localisation . Appartement très propre lumineux avec plein de petits détails. L'appartement et très bien équipé avec une cuisine qui fonctionne entièrement, bonne literie, petit balcon. Communication avec l'hôte. Accueil chaleureux. Possibilité de louer parking (difficile de se garer en ville). Hautement recommandé!

o anfitrião deixou-nos, croissants, leite queijo , cafe e vários ingredientes para o pequeno almoço. Apartamento muito central em elche, fui em trabalho pelo que nao explorei tanto a cidade mas tem restaurantes perto, supermercados

The location was great - close to the old town, and also to the small Plaza de España. The apartment was very comfortable, with a good bed and nice bathroom. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.
It’s a very small thing, but it was difficult to wash up the dishes, if you just have a few, and don’t want to use the dishwasher.

Zonnige living, zeer mooi ingericht. 2 prima slaapkamers met dubbel bed en 2 badkamers.
Keuken met toast brood en het nodige voor ontbijt, zelfs yoghurt en koffie. Allerlei specerijen om te koken. Zelfs wat badkamer benodigheden, kan je gebruiken. Wat kinderspeelgoed en boeken.
Garage prima voor kleinere auto.
Op 3 min wandelen van centrale plaats.

Breakfast was not included but Esther and Javier had left much wrapped food and snacks, fruit, water and full cupboards that we did not need to buy anything...however, we always intended to "eat out". There is an excellent brunch cafe (the Flamingo" nearby where we had late breakfast every day for very reasonable price.
Everything was fine...extremely clean and well appointed (though we did have fun deciding on the many choices of light switches!!

Todo. Nuevo, bonito, bien ubicado, con todo lujo de detalles, cama muy cómoda, desayuno variado y generoso, espacioso. Javi un encanto de persona. A Esther no llegué a conocerla. Ofreciendo check in y check out más abierto dentro de sus posibilidades sin cargo alguno. No se puede pedir más.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Lots of facilities around the apartment and only a few minutes walk from the tourist attractions.
We can honestly say it is one of the loveliest holiday apartments we have stayed in. There were lots of extra little touches that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
The hosts and staff are easy to contact and nothing is too much trouble. They just want you to enjoy your stay.

Nos encantó la amabilidad de Javier a la hora de recibirnos y la buena sensación que nos transmitió, estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, bajó a buscarnos y nos enseñó el piso como si fueramos de la familia. En cuanto al piso no podríamos pedir más: nuevo, bonito, espacioso, cómodo, super tranquilo a la vez que céntrico..electrodomésticos de todo tipo, balcón, comida para desayunar..en fin no le falta ni le sobra nada, estuvimos de lujo allí y estaba todo impoluto.
Si realmente vas a pasar unos días en Elche no te lo pienses, en otro sitio puedes ahorrarte unos euros pero aqui te ahorras disgustos y te queda todo a mano. Lo cogimos por las buenas críticas y son bien fundadas. El precio lo pagamos a gusto y si vuelvo a Elche repetiré 100% sin pensarlo ya que hizo que nuestra estancia allí fuera genial y sin tener que preocuparnos de nada. Gracias Javi y Esther!! Muy limpio, muy cómodo, cocina tan equipada que parece que estás en casa, desayuno inesperado, el dueño muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo, parking (aunque de pago) en el edificio, buena ubicación y con supermercados y cafeterías muy cerca.

Owner very helpful. The apartment contains everything you need for a week in Elche, Spain. Supermarkets around the corner and also other services available on short distance. The city is calm and a little sleepy. If you look for a relaxing place with fantastic food and fruits, you can hang around to stress down. Nos gustó muchísimo el apartamento, todo muy limpio y bonito, cuidado al detalle. Se encuentra a solo 10 minutos andando del centro. Javi muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo posible. Además al llegar nos habían dejado desayuno y una botella de agua fresca (lo cual se agradece mucho). Una estancia estupenda!

No esperábamos ningún desayuno. Sin embargo nos sorprendió que los anfitriones nos dejarán un desayuno tan completo. Fue una grata sorpresa.
