Great location, private underground parking is excellent, quiet, very secure, lovely apartment. Beds were very comfy, Great shower.

Absoloutly beautiful apartment, fab location, nice and quiet,its perfect for a group of up to 4 to enjoy time in York, its literally a stones throw into the center, its on a street full of restaurants, it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on my travels! (Master bedroom).. I would definitely return with 2 less people, although parking is tight in the space available, at least it has that option so thats great!
We booked as a family of 6 and yes this is doable, however the sofa bed is uncomfortable! And there isn't enough space for 6 to socialise together comfortably!even the table and chairs are only for 4! Only other down point is the toilets have a terrible flush to the point the paper won't even go away, not sure this can be fixed! We loved our stay regardless.

The location was exceptional. Quiet, secure, and yet close to all the best eating places, shops and city centre attractions. Delighted that there was a lift, which made things easier for my 88-year old mother. Secure parking was a massive bonus in central York where public car parking is hard to find and very expensive. The apartment is well-laid out with a roomy kitchen and living room. Loved having the balcony for sunny breakfasts.
The lack of storage for clothes. It would have been useful if there were bedside tables with drawers in the second bedroom. Also, the slightly eccentric plumbing. The toilet was noisy and hard to flush, and the shower tap was very stiff to operate.

It was hard to locate the key box, there was a man on a chair sitting in front of the box from a retail shop. The box was behind him, so it was very hard to locate them. Once we had the keys it was straight forward

Perfect location, we were a party of 4 and the apartment was fab, everything that you need, great food on the doorstep and also a very short walk to the town centre, would definitely stay again.
The parking for the apartment was a nightmare, the spaces are small and the person in the next space to us parked so close (in an already small space!) we thought my hubby was going to have to climb in through the boot, if we came again we would definitely bring a small car as that was the only negative.

Ideal location. Perfect for my 84 yr old mum with slight mobility issues. Beautifully decorated. Everything you could need. Very secure and great to have own parking space.
Only very minor thing was the shower in the main bathroom wouldn’t remain upright but used the en suite.

Great location, very close to the centre but in a nice quiet area with some coffee shops on the main road only a few minutes away and a lovely pizzeria on the corner which we used. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to self carer.
Some of the fixtures and fittings need some attention, eg the shower in the family bathroom couldn't be used because the wall attachment didn't work and the main door handle/ lock was coming loose.

We liked the fact that the building and parking were really secure, apartment was well equipped and spacious.

location is excellent small walk to Tesco express if you need anything. pubs an restaurants to use I thing you would need a week to get 200 yards if you used a different place each day. Brew York is just next door if you like real ale
needs a refresh loose doors and handles, both showers need looking at the head will not stay up and move while you are trying to use them. the water tank will not hold enough water for four showers so you need to be careful. last person ended with soap all over them and ice water.

The location was good and had parking available for 1 car.There are 2 bathrooms which is great and the apartment is large enough for 2 couples to stay comfortably.
The apartment is modern but could do with some maintenance as some of the furniture looking tired.As with a lot of apartments wooden beds seem to be popular especially with an edge around them making the space to get around very tight,lots of bruised legs !Also quite a lot of noise from other apartments doors opening etc

Instructions for collection of keys explained well. Access and security very good. Car parking space a little tight however the building is so central once the car was parked it wasn’t needed as everything is within walking distance. We have stayed in 4 hotels/b&b’s before however after this stay we would recommend staying here instead.

We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Really close to the town centre, restaurants, food shops; couldn’t have been more convenient. Really secure gated complex with covered, gated parking as well. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Roomy clean apartment in a central location. The flat was 10 minutes walk from all the main attractions. It was spotless throughout and really spacious.
I think we would have struggled to collect the keys if we weren’t on foot but otherwise the only other problem was the apartment being really really hot regardless of us turning all the heating off. There also was a really strong smell of cigarettes from the apartment over which was quite nauseating when in the hallway but couldn’t be smelled when inside.
