Nice view from the terrace. Open kitchen and beautiful furniture. Good Aircon in the room. Restaurant from "Ash" was really great. Great high quality food for great prices. The owner is one of the most friendliest people on the island.

A lot of mosquitos (you should bring a mosquito spray).

- rules are quite ridiculous: for the price paid you do not expect to read rules like: you get 2 toilet rolls per stay or 2 mosquito coils per stay - no toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) - you need a car/scooter - hoards of mosquitoes and other crawling animals

A real paradise!

The hotel is very charming and has beautiful views of the mountain of Le Morne. The pool is very nice and big although it lacks shaded areas. The room has all the necessary details to make it comfortable, the kitchen is very complete. Le morne beach accessible half an hour walk.

Despite the fact that the photos that appeared in the application did not correspond to those of the room that they gave me and that there was no air conditioning as mentioned, they corrected the problem quickly in booking. The fridge is outside the room, which makes it a bit awkward to reach. Similarly, the bathroom, although it is for exclusive use, is also outside the room. I would have liked a somewhat more hospitable and proactive attitude on the part of the owner who limited herself to attending to my demands, instead of anticipating my needs. I had to ask twice for toilet paper and she took his time to answer my messages before my arrival. For those of you who do not have a car, the site lacks supermarkets to stock up on food, it is advisable to buy before arriving at the place.

ash in the restaurant was sometimes not there either for breakfast or dinner but would not be updated about when in or off ! but on other side he always made extra effort to keep his customers happy and really looked after them! ! so thank you

We loved the views from the balcony and the relaxed vibe and the decor of the apartment. The balcony was wonderful to relax, watch the fruit bats at dusk and it was all so relaxing. Lovely pool and a restaurant with parking. Veronique was very welcoming and our cleaners Deborah and Sophie were lovely too always smiling and chatty. We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much. Nothing really but you do need a car to get to the lovely public beach. You are close to other residents but still private and the vibe is quiet so it still feels peaceful.

Veronique is a great host! She gave us lots of ideas what to do in the area. Ash and his team from the attached restaurant fulfill every wish for dinner. Excellent food.

Wonderful place to stay. The big penthouse on the top fulfils every needs: beautiful island vue, big terrace. spacious apartment. Everybody was kind and helpful. Veronique and her staff make your stay unforgettable. You can take also breakfast and dinner. There is a very pleasant restaurant just on place. Ash & Angela prepare for you tasty food. You don’t need looking for anything else. We come back Ma Vie la and recommend anybody the same.

Beautiful decor and unique at apt 9 known as the penthouse Fabulous view from every bedroom /room even the bathroom Friendly and accommodating staff - Sailesh went out of his way to cook us fresh fish ans mauritian dishes - thank you to all and even was offered an extra day for free - would recommend

Hazardous for kids and elderly ( disclaimer needed to be signed for personal injury ) although this seems to be common at other activity centres. Paying at property rather than online like all others

Fantastic restaurant on site: great breakfast and delicious dinners prepared by a very nice chef and his family in the restaurant. Beautiful location, great ocean views from the balcony.

There are different rooms - some seem small and outdated while others are newly refurbished.

Great property design, each apartment with its own specific charateristics, perfect location close to beaches and Le Morne mountain, good breakfeast and dinner, nothing to complain. I would recommend it to anyone.
