Fantastic location, and an amazing view from the huge penthouse balcony. When lucky, once can see Mt. Ararat beautifully from there. The facilities, while not super fancy, were very clean, and hosts, who live just below, were super helpful and communicative, quickly addressing any requests that we had.

One has to walk two more flights of stairs after reaching the top floor via elevator. Nothing to do about it, just be prepared if traveling with heavy luggage.

Everything was outstanding.

Amazing location. Roomy. Very clean. All appliances worked.

The only thing missing in the kitchen was coffee mugs/cups for western-style coffee. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well stocked.

Everything in this apartment is close too perfection. Views, rooms, toilets, living area and kitchen were all on point. Owner was very accommodating. Shame we only stayed for 2 nights.

Apartment was on top floor with perfect city view and own private swimming pool on covered terrace . Apartment was neat and clean . terrace available for group activities 🍻 🚬 🎶 🎸 few minutes to Republic square , Cascade & freedom square

terrible part is , apartment located on 13 th floor of the building, and elevator available only till 11th floor , 2 floor you have to climb with your travel bags :( secondly the room sizes are very small .

Amazing place. Apartments were comfy, clean, outside view is amazing. Don't hesitate to come and stay few nights here!

We like the location of the apartment, it is on the top floor. The building is located in the main city, walking distance to opera house, republic square, cascade and other attractions. supermarkets, restaurants are also nearby. You can also view Mt. Ararat from the balcony, however, the 6 days we stayed is mostly cloudy, only small part of the mountain can be seen. The host is also living in the same building, so any problem will be resolved immediately. :)

The Elevator/Lift! It will give you too much tension. However, it is not the owner of the apartment's fault. Just be attentive and move fast entering the lift. :) The Internet is slow. Good thing we had purchased a sim card with 4G internet.

The view is amazing. The location is very central. There were two bathrooms.

We had originally booked a further single day which we were informed prior to going on holiday that we could not have. A different apartment was advised for our use, that apartment reneged on the booking leaving 8 people and an 8 month baby on the street. It was only because we had relatives in Yerevan that we got a hotel organised. Entry into the building was not nice. Lift failed meaning climbs of 13 floors past some disgusting areas (not hosts fault and fixed after 24 hours). Water failed but fixed by hosts quite quickly.
