Great location with amazing views! Wonderful staff who always went out of their way to assist you with whatever you needed and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. Excellent a la carte breakfast and a wonderful restaurant in house with a great menu and outdoor dining area. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Sorento.

We had an excellent stay at the Anna Belle. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. In particular the staff were excellent. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and assisted with recommendations for restaurants, booking tables for meals and they arranged for us to hire a moped which came to the hotel and was picked up again from there. The food was very good, you certainly will not go hungry! The staff were upbeat and cheery but not imposing. I was trying to improve my Italian and Mario especially was very patient and encouraging! The hotel is slightly out of town but it is good to be able to enjoy the stunning views in an environment of peace and tranquility. The setting and grounds are beautiful and the view from the hotel is unreal. The courtesy car which is provided makes travel to and from the town easy. Really could not rate this hotel highly enough, the best hotel stay I have ever had.

Staff are amazing. Food was excellent, breakfast is comprehensive and lunch offering was good quality. We stayed during an Italian national holiday, a tasting menu was put on in the evening with live acoustic musicians. Location is a bit out of the way, it’s a 30/45 minute hike to get there from Sorrento, but do not let this put you off - they provide a chauffeur service to and from the hotel between 8am and 10pm. Other hotels nearby don’t offer this, and it saved us a fortune in expensive taxis. The staff are flexible too, offering to drop us at the port and the train station when we ventured out.

Beds were a little hard, but better hard than soft! Other than that there really isn’t anything that I can fault with the hotel.

The view was awesome, very serene and calm. Angela was great with her close attention to our meals.

- The room and the toilet were not properly cleaned - Avoid taking the Crystallo room on the first floor above the reception desk, it is super noisy. - The hotel is far from the happenings although they have a car and a chauffer to take you down to the city.

I spent four nights here with my partner, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was spacious and clean with lovely garden views. Although the hotel is a quick drive out of sorrento (max 10 mins), it is worth it for the stunning views at the hotel and from the pool. The hotel also has a car so they are able to run you back and forth as needed which is really helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety. All the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. We had a wonderful stay!

Taxi back is around €35 if you are wanting to get back from Sorrento later in the evening, last hotel car pick up was 10pm

The property is elegant, relaxing, beautiful grounds, outdoor pool. it’s a wonderful relaxing place to stay. We stayed in a sea view suite with an outdoor terrace. We found it to be quiet, spotless with daily room cleaning service.

remember to bring your own kettle if you want to make your own tea/coffee.

It is the staff who make a hotel really special and all of them at Anne Belle really looked after us and were very helpful throughout. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The customer always came first. Special thanks go to Salvatore, Mario, Giuseppe, and Pasquale who made our stay very enjoyable and fun. The grounds of the hotel are spacious, with a lovely infinity pool overlooking Sorrento and a fantastic view of Vesuvius. The courtesy car that took you into the town was an added and welcome bonus, although the walk down through a series of pathways was interesting with good views of the area. The breakfasts were amazing - good quality food and a wide choice. We ate in the hotel one evening, and had a delicious meal - wonderfully prepared and presented by the talented chefs. The whole hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were in a room with a large terrace and sea view, which was always spotless with everything we needed. We had a very special and lovely holiday. Thank you very much to everyone at Anna Belle.

Breakfasts were excellent. The managers philosophy was to make every Customer's visit memorable and that philosophy filtered down to all Staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Excursions were arranged and the Hotel did not take commission from any of the local (suberb) suppliers of various services to us

The Hotel enjoyed a fantastic location overlooking Sorrento and the bay of Naples. It meant that we were reliant on transport. Having said that, the Hotel provided free taxiing to and from Sorrento at any time, in a comfortable car (top-of-the-range Jaguar) so we cannot say we disliked this - if anything it was a bonus!

I almost don't want to write this review because this place is a 5 star resort!!! Aside from having jaw dropping views and huge gorgeous, clean rooms, the staff and customer service are top notch! Big shout outs to Salvatore, Elena, Pasquele, and Guiseppe! The kindest people who made our stay extra special!. I truly cannot wait to return. A highlight of our 30 day trip in southern Italy.
