got stuck in the elevator once

The location is excellent. The kitchen was very good. Very comfortable for a family of 5. The bathrooms & bedrooms are very good. The air conditioning was powerful.

The floor needs a good clean. We did not have hot water all the time in the showers.

The apartment was extremely dirty

The apartment was nicely split for accommodating 2 families, with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The apartment was not cleaned properly, the floors in the whole apartment were dirty, even though they charge a 50 euro fee for final cleaning.

Great location. Apartment is spacious. Aircon was very good. Staff very helpful, ordered taxi for us to the airport when we were struggling to find one

The elevator was not working which forced us to use the stairs with luggages 🙈 The bed cushions are not comfortable

Very good position in the old town, close to bus station, restaurants and shops, kitchen is very well equiped, very good AC, checkin/checkout very easy, good communication with the owner, two bathrooms is an advantage , good showers (no water problems)

the bedroom is on the front of the building and you'll hear the noise of the street (that only if you are not tired enought after a full day of visiting or swimming), the entrance and the stairs of the building are badly damaged (the first impresion is dissapointing) but you can use with it, the elevator dosn't work properly (so you have to use the stairs until the third level), no enought toilet paper and soap, just a small balcony which is unuseful

excellent staff - they were extremely responsive and helped us book a ride from Sorrento to Naples last minute. the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and clean. it had everything we needed, including an iron and full sized fridge.

the entryway was a bit smelly and dirty. the elevator wasn’t working when we were there but we managed the stairs ok. tougher for those with larger items of luggage

The apartment had a balcony but we couldn't use it.

The additional bed was really uncomfortable

Location, nice modern apartment, Laura was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Butcher and fish shop close by. Good Wifi

No outside balcony to sit out in. Expensive to use a swimming pool of another resort or hotel.

Friendly staff, very helpful, always available.

Dirty bathroom and wrongly informed of a day trip excursion to Capri that was very expensive.
