The apartments were well-equipped and clean. There was a separate kitchen with a stove, microwave, and various kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in the living room and the bedroom both. We were there for two nights only but the property is a good choice for longer stays too. The location was excellent with a metro station and a bus station nearby. The building is inside a closed complex which gives it additional security. There's a mini-market right around the corner. The host was polite and answered each message quickly.

Finding a parking spot is difficult, so you must inform the host to save a parking slot before arriving. We were 3 people in the apartment but the additional bed, a sofa, wasn't stretched out in advance so it was a bit of a hassle to do it by ourselves and the sheets provided didn't match the size of the mattress. In one of the bedrooms the door to the balcony was locked which was a problem since we didn't have any other windows in our room nor an air conditioner so it was quite hot during the night.

Very tidy and spacious, it had everything we need it, even a shop on the ground floor of the building.

The property was on the 11th floor but that’s all.

Everything was perfect, spacious apartment with lots of amenities, perfectly located next to a large supermarket and several restaurants!

The appartments are nice and clean, where you can find a washing machine, a kettle, plates/cups/etc., a microwave, a cooking surface with an owen, a fridge and a balcony - that's exactly what you need if you've been traveling for a long period of time. Additionaly there're metro station, modern mall center, botanical garden nearby and small supermarket on the first floor on the corner.

Not so attractive view. A bit noisy in the morning or in the evening due to neightbours being at homes at this time. No cutting board in the kitchen, the kettle was without a lid, working normally otherwise. No plugs neear bad. Water heater is a peculiar thing: water is either boiling hot or not heated at all, which turns taking a shower into a challange.

Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was very helpful

Very smooth and easy check-in and check-out. Very nice rooms with a great view of the city.

There were only double duvets in the rooms. It would have been nice with sole duvets.
