Collecting keys was easy, left as per instructions. Room was clean and tidy, price was very good. Slight outside of the main resort area but only 10 min walk to town and ski lifts.

Very friendly host and welcoming, the perfect stay for our family trip! We had a great garden view and the location is very clean and so beautiful and spacious! It’s definitely worth it!

Great place, clean mountain air, comfortable beds and clean housing

It was really great for 6 persons.

Not enough kitchen accessories, glasses, forks, something to cook in etc.

peaceful, good parking, family friendly with pool, games room and bar, reasonably equipped property, clean, warm, clothes airer, blankets, easy drive to supermarkets, within walking distance of cafes and slopes, plenty of towels, bar serves good cheap coffee. when the sink was blocked it got fixed immediately, felt secluded but close to amenities.

lots of minor irritations- fan wasn’t working in toilet, kitchen tap slightly damaged and constantly sprayed you with water, not enough bowls, toaster only toasted one side, very basic kitchen equipment (a grater, egg cups and a coffee press would have been more useful than 2 corkscrews and saucers), sheets were too small for bed so we went out and bought a fitted sheet so we didn’t have to sleep directly on someone else’s mattress, windows taped up, only one bedroom had a lamp,

The location is good near enough to walk to skiing resort but at the same time away from the bustling tourist spot. There is a cleaning lady who kept our flat clean every day. There is lots of shops and restaurants around.

Check-in was horrible. Nobody knows anything about our reservation and told me it was cancelled. I managed to sort it out myself after lots of arguing. The flat C14 is clean and basic what my family needs. The double bed was so uncomfortable, it hurts my back. The bedding was awful, no pillowcase at all. The duvet was far too small for the size of the bed so there was a tug of war every evening. The sofa was sinking so prefer to sit on the floor. The restaurant in the borovets gardens is depressing

Apartment was spacious and big enough for family of 4. Could have had a lot of potential. Very warm and generally quiet.

on arrival at the reception the receptionist was quite rude saying we were not guests of the hotel and so she could not help, we had no prior instructions for key collection other than collect from reception. Thankfully we saw an envelope with my name on on some private key drop boxes by apartments door. Finding the apartment ourselves was straight forward enough and on first impressions the apartment appeared quite nice. However, for a self catering apartment it is very under equipped. There is no oven, only 2 tiny electric hobs and only 1 or 2 random pans. There was originally meant to be 5 of us staying as apartment stated for 5 persons, thankfully it only ended up being 4 of us as there was only minimal crockery for 4 people. Neither of the 2 toasters worked, the microwave and kettle however did work. The sofa bed was broken. The bedside lamp in one room was literally in 2 pieces and held together with tape. There was bright tape round half the windows acting as draught excluders. The pool is not free and costs 12 lev per adult and 6 lev per child. The tiles are all falling of in the pool and very sharp on toes, there was also faeces in the pool which even after telling the pool staff, they did nothing about it. And finally, when we looked on a map it showed the apartment as being around 10 mins away from the slopes, its actually a 15-20 min walk uphill which is very tiring before you have even started skiing, just to make people aware.

The property is great. We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view was amazing, kitchen fully equipt, altought a coffee filter would have been a good adition, we had pans in which we could prepare it. We recomend staying here. There is a 10 minute walk to the gondola, but at least you get warmed up :D.
