Posizione dell'appartamento, funzionalità e comfort della struttura, disponibilità del proprietario: questi sono i punti forti de La Finestra Sulmò. Luciano è un host gentile, sollecito, pronto a fornire i consigli richiesti per rendere l'esperienza a Sulmona perfetta. Ci ha aiutati in tutto e per tutto, la sua disponibilità non è comune. La struttura è all'interno della ZTL, non ha un parcheggio privato, ma è a 300mt. da un'area di parcheggio gratuita e adiacente a diverse aree di parcheggio a pagamento. È possibile varcare, comunque, la ZTL in determinati orari per lo scarico bagagli. La casa è un bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato magnificamente e per far vivere un'esperienza di comfort assoluto agli ospiti: provare per credere. Ci mancherà, questa Finestra su un weekend di serenità.

Master bedroom was a little too hot. In fairness it was a heat wave in July and the host brought us two extra fans immediately.

This beautifully designed, comfortable apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Sulmona. The location to the historic centre was excellent and the views from the dining room and outside patio were stunning. The lift direct into our apartment made it easy for us. The host was friendly and helpful and available to help with any questions.

The wifi, as warned by the host, dropped out and needed to be reset but even then only worked in part of the apartment.

The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful with fantastic views.

this apartment is amazing , it was beyond what we could have imagined ... what an absolute treasure in the middle of Sulmona . Luciano the owner is one of those beautiful people that is so generous and considerate . The views from every window were photo worthy ( took about 50) . the apartment is spacious and has everything you need . Highly recommend Staying at this place and going to Sulmona - this apartment made our trip that even more special . Thank you 🙏🏻

This apartment was by far the best apartment experience in all of our travels. An elevator takes you directly to your private foyer entrance, the apartment has been designed to a high modern standard. It is huge, airy, clean, the view at the rear of the apartment is outstanding. It's bright and comfortable. There is also a very nice terrace. The owner Luciano was always available and attentive to our needs. He is a real gentleman and professional. Would happily stay again.

Nothing negative.

Luciano's stunningly designed apartment has so many features, it is hard to know where to start. The views over the city and hills are breathtaking as there are huge windows facing the central old town. The penthouse apartment is very spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms make it very convenient for two couples or a family of four. The elevator opens directly into the apartment which is very nice and saves the legs. We have travelled extensively in Europe and this is without doubt the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The price is extremely reasonable, for such high quality. Luciano helped me out before arrival to find out about car hire and transport, and has excellent English. He met us at the apartment and gave us a very thorough orientation. The location is gorgeous, being in the old town, where you can wander the streets for hours or dine out in an endless array of places.
