The location is near to my target destination which is Setia Spice Complex. Less than 10 mins you will be there despite the route to go there and back is different according to Google directions.
Parking is free (at times) but it is based on luck to get it as the apartment shares location with many other blocks too. So expect to walk a bit.

the location are quite far from the city, but the way you want to go around the island is kinda easy.
No parking, Lift are far and recommended to use the stair. I need to walk around 300m from my car to the guard house. and need to climb two floor before able to get in the house. The bathroom is very small. There is 3 rooms but you can only use two. The sofa are literally woods covered in fabric. And mind that the environment here are not so good smell.

TV was not available but was informed earlier after booking.

The place was spotlessly clean and well maintained, despite the building being significantly old.
The hostess is super kind, very courteous. Came late night after a 20 minute drive to arrange towels for us.
The bed etc could be more comfortable but then it was a fair value for money.

Everything about the house was convenient. The location, it's only on 2nd floor. The owner was very friendly and you if you need something, directly contact her.
There's nothing I don't like. Just a positive suggestion from my side, you should improve on your blanket as it's quite small, you should put one more wall mirror in your living room as the mirror was only one inside master bedroom. And as the endemic is just around the corner, you should prepare towel too.
