Things are well prepared and apartment is very clean, landlord is super nice

We chose this location due to its closeness to rental car returns at the airport and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Temple and meeting house. Access to these were great. We also appreciated an early access to the facility. Also walking access to grocery stores and restaurants.

I felt the property was under supplied as we ended up only having one roll of toilet paper for three days and for 4 people. When asked we were told we should buy some more. While there were two bedrooms the pillows were very small and old. We also knew that there was no air conditioning which was fine as with windows open we got a nice breeze but there was only 1 fan and it would have been nice to have at least 1 more, one per bedroom at night.

It needs to make very clear, that the unit is at the 4th floor, equivalent to a 3rd floor in those countries that consider the ground floor not as the first floor There is no lift, nothing but a staircase It can be very extenuating for elderly people to take baggage’s up, to the unit That is the biggest issue

Despite being located in the suburb, it was very close to the public transport that we used to go downtown. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within the area. The neighborhood itself is very calm and safe. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. Special thanks to Adelaide. She checked us in during the night, gave the keys, and answered all the possible questions.

At the end of October, it can be cold and wet. Don't forget the slippers as the floor is made of tiles.

We liked the hosts Adelaide and Paulo, they were very friendly and helpful they gave us good advice on how to travel and where to go in the local area. The apartment was modern and well equipped, our check in was easy and the fact that they provide a transfer service which is very accommodating (at €15 each way) took an added stress off of our shoulders, would definitely book with them again just not this particular location.

The plug in the bidet didn't unplug so we couldn't use it (the one time we tried) and therefore had to use a glass to drain away the water, the main sink also didn't drain very well. We also found that using the oven tripped the electrics when using the kettle and having a few lights on in the apartment.
