Easy check out and check in! We arrived late and it was easy to check in.

The Wifi password didnt work! No big deal, it was overall a good stay!

Location was awesome, really peaceful and quiet. Full sized fridge so great for families, with kettle and toaster. There was also a portable stove top for cooking and a bbq outside the cabin. The club has great restaurants and if you buy a social membership for $5 then you get discounts on meals which is a great saving

The portable stove top for cooking isn’t practical enough for families and you can’t rely on the bbq if the weather isn’t great. The staff don’t mention the membership when checking in, you have to work that out for yourself. The cabin wasn’t very clean as there was mould throughout the bathroom. When having a shower we opened the window a touch and used the exhaust fan but still the room became wet with steam so this will be adding to the mould issue. This also causes the floor to become very slippery and dangerous. There was an anti slip mat for the shower but we didn’t find this until we were leaving as it was in a cupboard. Also there were no ironing facilities within the cabin

The cabins were outstanding They were clean Could of had more blankets , due to cold weather.

Warilla bowl club The dinner menu , very very poor When dinner was served on plate was just slapped on no presentation at all. Menu could have more variety

Location was good. Cleanliness Spot on! Short drive to the Centre!

Not worth the Money, After paying so much money, had to still pay for Facilities like Tennis. (Not much though). I undertand they were part of club facilities, but would be nice to not pay after paying soo much on the accommodation price. Beds and Pillow weren't comfortable at all.

The cleanliness of the property was amazing, good location and the park was fun for the kids. Bonus the club was a few minutes walk.

Requested double bed (instead of the two singles) my request was granted the next day and then when I checked in the staff member told me she couldn’t give the double bed as requested (told me if was a generic message sent by bookings) the cot I requested through the same messages was there. It was too late to cancel the booking by that point. It was a family holiday and very disappointing I didn’t get to share a bed with my husband!! If I had of known the property could meet my needs as requested I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else.

The fellas at the club on Friday night, super helpful when asked about food at the club. The food was terrific.

The lady at the club wasn't impressed when asked where accommodation check in was. Then the lady in the accommodation area was clearly having a bad day and was nothing shy of rude. Seemed frustrated when asked about the area and where to find things e.g. bait shop, which she even tried to say that there wasn't one and that there was no fishing nearby. She was very keen to talk about all the restrictions "if you park an inch on the grass it's a $200 fine" " if you smoke inside it's a $200 fine" etc. There was no wi-fi (waiting for repairs) the air-conditioning was terrible, clearly on the blink.

It is good to stay here for short stay but for long stay it is not recommended. Beds were not very comfortable.

What a hidden gem, Despite being over 20 years old the units were up to date and extremely clean and simple. Loved our stay here and would definitely come again. it was fantastic little unit with everything you need on the grounds. Great bistro and fantastic staff (except for the chef making pizzas) The staff were extremely friendly helpful and welcoming

The chef at pizza bar was not happy at all and did not respond to any thank you's etc. He seemed very stressed and was not pleasant at all. Sorry but I know he was overwhelmed but a little effort would have been nice. I understand it was extremely busy but a simple courteous comments would have been welcomed. y\
