The location is a bit hard to find especially at night, i think they should put more signs to guide how to find the hotel. It was hard for me to find it at night.

In one word: lovely! I arrived late after a day working and forgot to book a table in the restaurant and at the time I arrive was it full. The staff prepare for me a great dinner to take away. You have a tablet in the room a big tv screen and a tablet. The fine forniture and the view are the cherry on top of the cake

the staff is very friendly, location a lil bit far from florence. you will need to go by car to get the resort. the room is very clean. the resort has full equiped of laundry room (incl detergent, softener, dryer machine and iron). my kid loves the breakfast mecause it has nutella. we also loves the soap that they provided.

Turns out that they only provide us 1 mineral bottle a day. if you need more. they will charge you. and also the resort doesnt have any activities in surrounding area, so after breakfast everybody’s gone

It was very clean hotel - very good location, very comfortable beds and very comfortable pillows, good breakfast.

Dinner at the restaurant was not good if you have a chance have it else where as no other restaurants 8/9km radius.

Please reconsider your option - this place is a total scam for the price charged. No resort or 4* hotel quality: 1. Spider nets on the ceilings everywhere on the bedroom and bathroom. 2. The walls between bedrooms are so thin that you will listen to every single word coming from the next room. 3. In 3 nights, just once was provided to the room shower gel/shampoo. 4. Access to the hotel and parking in sand road - your car will move dirtier than ever. 5. Sauna is charged 15€/person additionally and just for 45 min. And I could keep going. As a sum up, one of the most horrible experiences ever in Italy.

it’s in a lovely place

extremely hard to get to. And Evan harder to get out of. The staff tried to help but they didn’t know how to get the bus back to town and told us to wait for the bus in the wrong place so we missed it. We got lucky and a nice person from town drove us to the train station.

The egg which will be served with bacon - is not a real egg…it is made from milkpowder. The hotel should avoid this kind of food and serve more natural goods.

The country side location with its views and respective surrounding spacious apartment, interior of apartment and of premises as such, privacy, excellent breakfast, big parking, caring personnel lizards bathing in the sun, beautiful landscape, the pool.

The stay was just a pure pleasure. The location is beautiful and the staff simply amazing - very professional and kind!
