Clean, specious apartment close to the Central rail station, Buchanan bus station, stores, pubs etc

En el momento que llegábamos en taxi al apto. nos avisan que no estaba disponible y nos envían a otro apto muy bueno y nos dicen que los últimos 2 días debemos volver al que inicialmente contratamos . Ambos aptos estaban muy bien. Lo inconveniente fue la llagada luego de 22 horas de viajes con 2 niños y 2 personas mayores, tuvimos que ir al otro apto. Y los 2 últimos días volver a cambiar de apto

The hosts were not cooperative at the checkout, they asked us to leave at 11 am, and we asked only for a place to keep our luggage as our flight was at 6 pm. However, they did not cooperate and suggested talking to the concierge by ourselves, and if he agree to keep the luggage then he is doing a favour!
As the pictures show, old furniture. The sofa was damaged from the sides and the chairs have stains. Three doors are damaged, and the kitchen sink is not working properly. The table is moving (not stable) and the bedsheets are overused and old. When we entered the flat there was a bad smell of moisture.

The apartment was extremely clean and organized. I was also welcomed to the apartment where I received all the institutions in the apartment, they were very attentive and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

Very handy for central station, location of tye apartment was right at tye centre. Everything the city had to offer was around. We had other colleagues and Mr Jim helped us with extra keys for all our guests staying in other rooms so they can have access to the apartment if they had to access to the apartment if they had to come at different times. The apartment had everything we need for our group, kitchen was fully equipped including washing machine, fridge freezer and living room TV even had Netflix and online contents to watch. We preferred an equipped apartment as base rather than separate hotel rooms so we have one base for our group. We were for Glasgow film festival and we all loved Glasgow.

Location was excellent, and the flat was reasonably well supplied with glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.
Accommodation was pretty cramped generally; temperature control on shower in second bathroom was dodgy; tv reception was virtually non-existent.

I realise sofa bed is for flat to accommodate two extra guests but sitting on it for seven evenings...it's not a bit comfy!...maybe a few cushions? We used pillows but not really ideal.
Lots of building work around so bit noisy with Windows open on nice days.
Extra pillows and towels may be nice...we had one each plus one spare so we were ok. (3 of us!)

The property was very clean, the beds were very comfy and we felt at home while staying there. the location of the property was unbeatable as its approximately a 5-7 minute walk from central station and the city centre. If i ever come to glasgow again, this apartment would be my first choice.

It wasn’t very clean, blood stains on bed, marks on sofa, lack of mirrors, bins, toilet roll and shower in en-suite didn’t work well.

The location is excellent and as travelling with a family of 5 having two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room it was ideal. Plus free parking nearby a street away was perfect. It’s in a central location and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
The property is very compact. It is tired and in need of an upgrade with peeling wallpaper, broken door handle to hall cupboard, the kitchen sink tap wobbles when you turn it on, peeling paint over every window sill, the coffee table was covered in marks, peeling veneer on bedside table, some one had drawn a lovely smiley face on the bed frame at the foot of the master bed. When we removed the bedding when we left, to make life easier for the cleaner we noticed that some pillows were yellow stained and one single bed had a mattress protector on it which had a blood stain which was not on the child’s bedding so must have been there prior to our arrival. The girl who showed up the apartment explained that the ensuite toilet has yellow staining over the toilet seat, which was damaged by bleach but considering all the other faults, the property needs to correct a snag list to make it 5 star.
