the location

the house is old and not renovated, there weren’t many towels, and some of them were recently washed so were still wet and very small.

the location was perfect. the place is quiet. very stylish apartment. very nice and eclectic. the price was fair enough.

cleanliness is poor. chipped glasses, potentially dangerous. filthy plates and kitchen towel. it was not mentioned when I reserved the apartment that it will be top floor (4) with the old twisted stairs. some people could really get a problem.

Property was in a great location! Not to mention had plenty of space. A lot if natural light, the beds were very comfy and the apartment was lovely and warm. Hardly any noise of a nighttime. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to anyone!

very centrally located

uniquely designed, cozy, and very simple

A really, really, really wonderful and carefully organized romantic apartment in the center of Riga. Smells good, much wood, warm colors, a cozy kitchen. Uncomplicated check-in and -out without loosing time.

Third floor, no elevator, difficult staircases, so nothing for old people! The bathroom is very small. On the street right under the windows it looks like there is the rear entrance of a night local or something, people hang on there until dawn and speak loud, through the open door you hear loud music.

The location was fantastic, the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and very good value for money! we were able to leave our cases in the building after we’d checked out which was very helpful as we had an evening flight.

The shower in the bathroom needs some attention, one of the beds wasn’t too comfortable and the spare bed linen ( which we needed to use) was very damp. Unfortunately there was a disco bar beneath the apartment which was very noisy for hours, nothing ear plugs wouldn’t sort out though!

The location in the old part of Riga was good, all the sights were very close.

The apartment was spacious, but it was extremely cold in it, even two heaters did not help to heat the apartment. The furniture and especially the beds were old and uncomfortable. The main problem of the apartment was that there is a disco club under the apartment, which made a lot of noise, because of that it was impossible to sleep properly there

The location was nice. However, it was quite noisy during Friday and Saturday nights. There are lots of bars in the blocks. The owner was friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a bit cold and it took several days for your landry to dry. The radiators below the windows did not seem to work, only the movable small radiators worked, but you need to turn them off if you use the washing machine. The beds were quite old.

The accommodation has a perfect location right in the city center close to all the sights. The apartment is spacious. Check in was supposed to be from three, but due to complications on the part of the landlord it was possible to stay later, however, we were allowed to leave at least our luggage on the spot. Considering the price and location, I would recommend.

We had accommodation booked for six people, but there were no six beds available, the sixth had to sleep on a mattress on the ground, we put up with that just fine. Worse was that the sheets and towels were damp and there was one heater on site and it was not possible to turn on the classic heating (or we didn't figure out how).

Property situated in a heart of Old Riga. Perfect location. Host is super helpful. Rooms with lots of character. Would definitely come back.

It could be cleaner, one room has no normal window (only into another room), old furniture.
