We stayed in a duplex, and it was great, we had plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and balconies. All the rooms look great, they are comfy and quiet during the night. There are pretty much all the needed facilities. The location in Bucharest is excellent and, not to forget, the value for money is great! Also, there is a paid parking so make sure you ask for it! Bucharest is quite difficult if you don't have parking.

The following is not something I did not like, just 2 small things that would upgrade the experience from great to perfect: a dishwasher would make this apartment perfect, and another internet router at 2nd level would clearly improve the signal in all the corners of the house.

I liked that they respond to messages quickly

The ad is slightly untrue. It was not indicated that the apartment is located on the roof, since the elevator does not reach the apartment and you need to walk one flight, elderly people and those with children will be very uncomfortable. It is also indicated that there is a view of the city, but there is no view, there is a view of the roof and from the window you can go to the roof. Everyone has access to the roof, you always need to close the windows. The apartment is very, very dirty. The issue of moving will not be resolved, and the money will not be refunded. This is a lack of booking, but they always do this, it's not the first time I've come across such objects.

Not really clean. the elevator goes up to 7th floor, if you stay at 8th floor you will have to use the stairs. The code didn’t work and we had to stay 20 minutes in front of the door until someone from customer support helped us. Every time the guard from the entrance changed they told us we can not use the parking spots because we were not on some of his papers. For this price I expected the apartment to be very clean but it was not that way, also the furniture is old and therefore it is broken/stained.

The apartment is well located and quite spacious.

First, the address and instructions are not correct. In addition, the door code did not work. While I was able to open the door, I could not close the door. I felt unsafe leaving my belongings at the property so it was a hassle to hand carry them during the day. I tried to get in touch with support but after 5hours, nothing was resolved, so I contacted Booking.com that chased the owner until he called me to solve the problem. So not the ideal place if you don't have the time to wait around for all the problems to be solved.

Great management team at Olala Unirii Apartments. Upon arrival, an error was made with settling in the apartment, which was quickly corrected in the best possible way. The apartments themselves are very comfortable. Excellent location of the apartments for exploring the old town and trips to other areas of Bucharest.

The place was big with more than enough space for us.

It smelled like cigarette, the kitchen tops were stained with coffee, the pillow cases dirty, no extra blankets (and the windows let the cold in despite they were closed), only 4 towels for 3 people in a 7-day stay. The message for the check-in has to be more specific in how to locate the entrance of the building. They do room cleaning and change towels for ADDITIONAL FEES. I expected more for the price and a 7-day booking.

It’s a lovely apartment, pretty close to everything. Just a couple of minutes walk to the old town where you can find a lot of restaurants and pubs. The personal of Olala Homes will respond any question and will try to help you pretty soon. We got an issue with the shower and after talking with them, they got it fixed in a couple of hours. Can highly recommend this place.
