great location, well appointed with plenty of pans, crockery etc for any choice of cooking. BBQ was very handy

it would have been good to have access to the garage. we had to carry our suitcases and bags down the outside stairs in heavy rain as we were leaving.

the rooms have not changed since a visit some 35 years ago. they need a complete renovation and rework. the room was disappointing

Incredible views of the bay! Great kitchen and living space. Clean house and good facilities. Short drive to Coles bay shops and the Freycinet visitor's centre.

Nice spacious duplex with a beautiful lookout of the bay from the deck. Relatively well stocked kitchen with basic pots/pans and utensils. Having a washing machine was very convenient.

View was beautiful, house was well stocked with necessary items and was very comfortable. Very good value for money. The kitchen in particular had an excellent stock of appliances. Easily forgotten supplies such as cooking oil, paper towel, and washing powder were appreciated.

Some small cleanliness issues. Fridge had debris in it from the last guest, and the spa bath was in need of a scrub.

So pleased with our stay. Such a perfect location from which to explore Freycinet National Park. Very warm and homely accommodation with great heating and excellent facilities for the colder weather. What an incredible view from the balcony!! I loved the quirky 90s style decor. And Philip was so helpful and patient with all my questions. Loved our time here, such a wonderful experience. Really hoping to come back and stay again!

It was comfortable, clean, great view, well stocked for a longer stay with the basics. The beds were comfortable and the staff were easy to contact.

It was great. No complaints at all.

Hosts were super unapologetic for making us wait an hour after supplying us with the incorrect door code. Obviously not a huge deal and I wouldn’t have even left this review if it wasn’t for their lack of care or attention. Philip was rude and short once supplying the correct code, no apology or explanation. They also put an old address in for their reception which we drove to, to see that no one was there. Maggi then proceeded to send a message asking when we’ll checkout (to benefit them and their schedule) and no apology was given. The hosts aren’t hosts, they’re businesses people. This ruined our experience and you need to invest in more customer service friendly people. A simple “oh so sorry, we must have provided an incorrect code” would have sufficed.

Very spacious.

Had an unusual smell.

It was spacious, comfortable, the heater made it warm enough, the views were great, the jet bath was nice to relax in, the location was good as long as you have a car.

The ants in the kitchen were an issue even when we didn't have food. The code wasn't sent to us in advance so we had to call for it when we were arriving. A small light on the signs at the end of the drive and halfway up the drive would mean that they are clearer to see. We drove past at first because it was dark. Its hard to enjoy the view from bed with most if the windows having a dark layer on them and them all being subject to condensation.

The view was great, very good supplies and appliances, good bed, wifi and tv very good, brilliant lounge chairs, spa bath was very good also

Had to walk up the back stairs outside to bring luggage in Air Con and bedside clock had no instructions and had some difficulties with both of these A compendium would be helpful.

Great location and facilities in the house. Lovely view from the balcony and plenty of space for guests.

Bedroom floor and mirrors could be cleaner, ants in bed. Had to carry luggage up steps into back of house. Hedge needs about half metre trimmed off top so can see view better. The property is about 5klm away from Coles Bay. Not a big problem for us, just a bit further to drive to cruise, restaurants.
