Good location

Parking was an issue. The underground parking has a steep ramp with a speed bump at the the bottom which damaged my car front bumper

The front desk man was speaking with very rough about there was no room available even though I have a reservation through booking and he told me to go to another branch without any further notice

They asked me to go to another place and it was very bad place with smoking smell and the the I reserve a room with a washer machine but the room didn’t have

تم حجز غرفتين وعند الوصول كانت موظفة الاستقبال جدا سيئ وكذالك مسؤول الفندق سعيد وذكروا انه لا يوجد غرف وكان هناك اشخاص اخرين وقعوا بنفس الفخ حيث ان الفندق يعرض الغرف في البوكنج واذا جاء شخص اخر يتم تأجير الغرف غير مبالين بحجوزات الناس ويدعون بأن الخطأ من البوكنج ويعرضون على المستأجر ان يأخذ غرفة بدل اثنتين ثم يعرضون على المستأجر السكن في فنادق اخرى غير نظيفة وفي اماكن سيئة تفتقر للخدمات وبعد ذلك اتضح انه يوجد غرف ولكن يدعون بأنه لا يوجد الا واحدة .

نقص في ادوات الحمام مثل القوط و الصابون و الشامبو باب الحمام الزجاج كان مكسور و قاموا باصلاحه متأخرا

La saleté, le fait qu’il y est deux serviettes pour une chambre de 4. Il y avait des tongs sales dans la salle de bain. La moquette et les draps étaient sales

It is calm, and the morning receptionist, Mrs Hala, is all time smiling and trying to solve the issues

The evening receptionist, Mr. Mohammed is opposite, all time looking angry and not giving comfort to the customers, and he tried to avoid our concern when we first came to the falt and asked for the washing machine, the iron, and the kettle, but when he knew that I have booked from UK. He left, so I think that a sort of discrimination, which causes a very bad reputation for the business.

Overall the apartment was good. Space was ok. There is a kids playing area on roof top. Good parking space. Very Close to bakala , pharmacy laundry and a boofia.

There was no washing machine in the apartment though it was mentioned in the facilities to be provided. Only one towel was provided for a family of five. After request only one more towel given to us. No bath robe was there and it was mentioned in the amenities. It is mentioned in policy not to make noise from 11pm to 7am. But there was too much noise in the building for whole night.

Room smell. Construction. Poor TV channel. The rates charged by Booking were nearly the double of what they were charging to passing by customers. Also it seems they give the better rooms to other customers than booking.

there was no food facility at the site, walk is about 5mins to all great restaurants. Close to airport, just 15mins drive

wish knows Arabic, as receptionist and staff don't speak English very well.

It is very spacious and clean. Very good value for money, too.

the receptionist wont give room as the i booked thru booking.com, instead they ask to take new rooms. never ever book room in this property via online and they are cheating people

The Location is good, it’s near to the center. The wi-fi also has a strong connection.

The staff should be more approachable. There were no towels and kettle.
