This property offers a great, reasonable price for what it provides. The host is very accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Located in a quiet area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Das Zentrum innert 3-5Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosser Kühlschrank.
Unser Zimmer (Familienstudio) war nicht im Hauptgebäude mit welchem geworben wird, sondern an einem anderen Standort (auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite sowie versetzt, wird aber vorher nirgens erwähnt). Somit kein Zugang zum beworbenen Pool und kein Kaffe- oder Frühstücksangebot. Der Aussenbereich enthielt nicht wie auf den Fotos eine kleine Lounge, sondern nur eine ca. 1m Bank die voller Katzenhaare und dadurch nicht einladend war. Mehrere Katzen gehörten zur Unterkunft, was evtl. auch nicht jeder mag. Das Bett hatte nur eine dünne Matratze. Die Dusche hatte einen schwachen Wasserstrahl. Zimmerservice gab es während 5 Nächten nie wie angepriesen. Gemietete Roller mussten ausserhalb des Grundstückzauns platziert werden. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir die Schlüssel, danach hatten wir keinen Kontakt mehr zum Personal oder anderen Gästen, schienen alleine zu sein. Einmal hing der Generalschlüsselbund vor unserer Türe, Sicherheit fehl am Platz. Gesamthaft für uns ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und absolut nicht wie beworben! Das eine Unterkunft bzgl. der Lage und der Ausstattung täuscht, ist nicht akzeptabel! (Siehe andere Bewertungen die das Selbe sagen!)

La stanza era incommentabile, completamente diversa da quella mostrata su booking. Nidi di animali alle pareti, nel frigo c'era una scatola di carbone per tenere lontani gli insetti, capelli sulle lenzuola, bagno senza lavandino e l'unico che c'era nella stanza era sporchissimo.
Non abbiamo mai visto nessuno dello staff, solo una signora che ci ha dato le chiavi.
Ovviamente non abbiamo dormito neanche una notte, abbiamo prenotato subito un altro posto e chiesto il rimborso.

De accommodatie was niet zo schoon/luxe als verwacht. Het leek allemaal een beetje basic en gedateerd.

Its close to the beach and in the main road. Basically, its accessible to food, transportation and the leisure.
The room has no safe vault to keep your personal belongings. For example, passport and cash/card

Breakfast was lovely, good location close to shops and restaurants and around 10mins walk to Alona beach. Staff were friendly and helpful too!
The rooms were really thin and could hear everything going on through the night. There was a cat in the cage that was really loud and clearly wanted to walk around which was sad :( there wasn’t a proper window in the bathroom so there was a lot of ants around the room and our shower didn’t work very great but other than that it was a comfortable stay, can imagine it would be good for backpackers to meet people if it was busy!

The staff were lovely and always smiled and said hello when coming and going. The design of the place was pretty cool as well with the dining area being upstairs and the rooms below (for private anyway) They were also kind enough to make us breakfast for takeaway when we had an early morning tour which we were very appreciative of. Plus the free breakfast was really nice, three pieces of toast and an omelette. I did ask to change it to pancakes one day and they happily did that as well.
few minor improvements would be the aircon, in our private room it was quite noisy. The shower head did not have good pressure. Also the wifi did not work from our room and we were quite close to reception. It only works when you go outside.

They have comfortable bed. I like how the room smelled "clean" and nice. The property is just along the highway but we did not hear so much noise. It was peaceful.
The property have no generator set (when we stayed) in case of blackouts. I understand though perhaps because its a backpackers place. We dropped by the area to rest from an activity nearby and we wanted to sleep right after check in. It so happened they were scheduled blackouts in the province those days. Our rest could have been better with the AC on. I understand though.

Very friendly staff,clean place, nice breakfast & room all at very reasonable price! Great value.
The whole barn idea is very cute and artful, interesting & funny.
Also on top.of that owner must be an animal lover/supporter because great signs on road asking drivers to slow down for the stray animals.
The barn is about 20 mins walk to the beautiful Alona beach.
It is on a road but lots of eating options close by.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful with all of my questions. The breakfasts were delicious and the dining area was nice. Room was okay for a standard dorm style, it had lockers which is a bonus. They also had kittens they take care of which is a highlight.
The only thing for myself were the beds are a bit firm, but people have different preferences so this is only a personal thought

Very good location and overall nice place, the place felt more renovated , tidy and fresh.
The rooms are not so big, the AC was too strong and we got sick with the flu. Breakfast was not so good.

Shower broke as soon as I turned it on, causing it to flood the bathroom. Shower itself when working is also horrible. Drain is clogged and there wasn't a divider between the shower and the toilet.

•While some staff were understanding, I can't say that applied to all staff
•Staff seemed disorganized and asked us every single day about other guests that were staying in our room that we'd never met before. They somehow expected us to know where they are like???
