Comfortable bed, clean room, good hot shower, perfect location. What deserves special mention is the exceptionally great staff. I was sick and the hotel manager looked after me so kindly, bringing me tea and soup to my room. I would like to thank him once again.

Habitaciones espaciosas y bastante bien aisladas del frío (fuimos en invierno y hace frío en la calle).
La localización es muy buena, tardas 5 minutos en llegar a Durbar Square (está dentro de la zona de pago).
La habitación que nos dieron era gigante, más de lo que necesitábamos. Y es un buen detalle que te dejen un par de botellas de agua.
El personal muy agradable y sonriente.
Había un poco de polvo por las zonas comunes pero las habitaciones estaban bien.
Las camas no son las más cómodas del mundo, se me clavaban un poco los muelles.

We spent 4 nights in Bhaktapur - it is a great alternative to Kathmandu!! Lovely staff- went out of their way to be helpful! (Including organising a taxi for 4am to the airport and getting up to see us off!!)
Good breakfast included in our rate.
Large comfortable room for our whole family.
Quiet location just inside the old city (have to pay entrance fee but you would do this anyway when you come to Bhaktapur).

very nice people running the place and it’s just located outside of the historical city in a nice local neighborhood.
for some reason my shower head was not working, but in the upgraded room they gave me because I was the only tourist there, so can’t complain, booked normal room and then got a very big one for free.

Great comfy and large room with balcony in a quiet location close to all the sights. Really friendly staff.
Water pressure in shower was a bit low but nothing to complain about.

Lovely spacious room. Great breakfast and helpful staff. The location is excellent. However, be aware that you have to pay the entrance fee for the heritage site before getting to the hotel as it is located just inside. This is not a problem, though, as it will last for your entire stay, so you would inevitably pay it at some point.

The hotel is located inside the bhaktapur cultural area, which foreign tourists have to pay 15 USD each to enter. It's fine if you're going to go there anyway, but if you just want to crash in the hotel for the night and then leave (like we did) then you have to pay an extra 15 USD each just to access the hotel, which makes the price not good value at all.
When I told the staff that this should be stated on the hotel page, they laughed and said they don't know how to update the booking.com page

Nice room, clean bathroom, modern furniture, very welcoming and kind staff, and fulfillng breakfast.
Our room was noisy because of the pigeons next door made so much noise all night,also the family on the top floor made noise until late night. (We stayed on the 3rd floor). The owner offered a room change earlier in the evening but we didn't know what's about so didn't asked. So they do their best, just take the chance if you can.😀

What a wonderful place. The room was extremely comfortable and was the cleanest one I stayed in during my whole month in Nepal. It is also in the perfect location. Just a quick walk away from all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff were excellent. The owner, Loxmi Koju, went out of his way to make sure I got on the right bus back to Kathmandu and upheld the spirit of hospitality that the Nepalese are famously known for. I will for sure recommend this place to anyone stopping in the lovely city of Bhaktapur.
