This hidden gem in Parkhurst is just a short walking distance from all the well-known restaurants in the area. We stayed in the room with an amazing pool view. The huge bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in for ages. Although the bathroom is a bit on the small side the spacious room and comfortable living area makes up for it. The owner is very customer oriented and ensured that our expectations were exceeded. We will definitely book here again when we have a function in the area.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Lorraine was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even providing a light when there was load shedding.

A few more drinking glasses, but other than that I cannot think of anything.

I absolutely loved our stay here! The hostess Lorraine was such a kind and down to earth soul who made us feel so welcome. The room was cosy, homely, and clean. Though the room is connected to the main house, it feels like you're in your own private little space with a beautiful small garden for you to relax and listen to the birds in. The location was equally amazing with many shops and attractions just a walk away! Thank you Lorraine for a wonderful little get away

Lorraine was a good host . However the property is adverised as a "one bed and breakfast" and breakfast was not included .

The lack of maintainance on simple things e.g. broken wardrobe handles , pedal bin broken . Shabby utensil supply , no tea supplied , grout not properly cleaned .

It’s in a great spot close to cute restaurants and it’s safe. The staff was amazing and very easy to talk to. Overall a warm place to sleep I highly recommend it

Only bath towels supplied, no hand towel. Only coffee supplied, no tea. Basin tap did not work properly.

Lovely location in pretty Parkhurst, only a few metres from trendy Parkhurst 4th Avenue vibey restaurants. Lorraine was such a wonderful and helpful hostess. Separate entrance, comfortable bed, good and spacious shower. Nice size suite, lots of cupboarding. A gorgeous little garden to sit in.

Just a suggestion, not a dislike: Maybe having a little more of a kitchenette with shelves for a few cups and plates and also a microwave would be nice. Not essential, but that would just make it ideal.

The place was exceptional. My husband and I had a great time. The place is cozy, private and extremely quiet. Best service from Lorraine.. Wow I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely view into a peaceful garden. An amazing bed, great bedding and a very spacious room and an incredible bathroom. Underfloor heating was a great plus! A short walking distance to amazing restaurants and eateries.

It's a cosy little getaway, nuzzled in the warm atmosphere of Parkhurst. I'm definitely returning for another visit. The bed was very comfortable and the garden was filled with birds. I didn't want to leave in the morning.

It would be nice to have a heater for the colder mornings, or a fan for the hotter nights. Otherwise, we just closed the door when we got cold which worked fine. Adding the heater and aircon will just help for the days when the door is closed.

The host is such a wonderful person always made you feel important,very neat ,friendly, just everything was perfect keep up the good client service 100per cent
