The property was a perfect, picturesque location with beautiful view of the sea and ideal location within walking distance to local restaurant and bar. The property was very clean and of a very high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings and artwork. Very homely with lots of games and activities provided.

what a location! used sandpiper cottages as a base of a road trip around Cornwall. Despite poor weather it was an amazing stay. Warm,clean, well appointed , exceeded the expectations of all four of us. Thank you.

Beautiful views! Beach right outside the property. Apartment was spacious and clean and very accommodating.
unfortunately had a bad run in with a rude and aggressive cleaner on the day of our checkout as we were half an hour over the checkout time due to getting baby’s feeds ready for the long journey back. Spoke to the manager of the property who apologised on her behalf. As a property accommodating families there should have been some regard for families with smaller children- especially as the checkout time is 10am and check in time is 4pm- so there was plenty of time to get the property cleaned and we were not in anyones way.
having said that the manager dealt with this correctly when we gave her our feedback. would definitely stay here again.

The location, the view, the walks. The beach is not too busy and a lot quieter than others near by. Good base to visit other areas.
The beds were a little soft for my liking, but that is personal preference.

The location was amazing and the cove was a great safe space with a lifeguard, for swimming, surfing and snorkeling etc.
The rooms were great and very comfortable beds.
We had everything we needed in the apartment and loved the verandah for chilling on, as well as the large open plan living area.
Weren't disturbed by any noise from the neighbours. Was a lovely stay and would recommend.
We had mixed feelings about the network black hole but decided it helped us all completely switch off!

Perfect beachfront location. Outstanding view from the giant front window. Wonderful to watch the very tidal beach change throughout the day. Fun to watch all the doggies frolicking and running around.
