The property was clean, tidy, nice and modern, location was perfect, not to far from everything I.e beach and town centre.

Maybe the only thing would be having a faster internet.

should be told where extra blankets or pillows.if needed. 1 always sleep with 2 pillows.

The modern conversion of the historic building is located walking distance to the high street and promenade. Parking was in front of the building and as all the buildings in the street appear to be holiday lets you are not disturbing permanent residents. It was helpful to have a picture of the outside of the building when trying to identify it . The unit has direct side access and private courtyard.

Various maintenance issues have been directed to the owner. The check in process was changed at the last minute. It would have been appreciated if we could have been advised the information prior to our arrival rather than dealing with multiple phone calls whilst travelling. We are traveling for 40 days and the number of places making changes is unwarranted

Towel rail in bathroom didn't work, so not easy to dry towels after shower.

The wifi speed needs improving as we had a lot of buffering and waiting to watch movies, etc otherwise the place was great.

Very stylish and modern and ideally situated for both the beaches and Town Centre.

Bathroom was a little on the small side but we had already read about this in previous reviews and it did not cause us any real problems. Overall,the rest of the property is very modern and stylish and the property is so convenient for the town centre and beaches. Great value for money and highly recommended.

We were met as arranged and given the keys and parking permit by a very friendly young man who then showed us the apartment. Much better than expected. Light airy, very modern and very well equipped. Good location for West Cliff, restaurants and a pub nearby and 10mins walk to town centre. Bit of a climb coming back but Bournemouth is hilly .

Bathroom has lovely twin showers but is tiny with nowhere to put anything. For us the only thing missing was a cafetier to make some decent coffee

The apartment is gorgeous. Spacious and modern. Very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, in a quiet street but very close to the shops, bars, restaurants and seafront.

Would suggest more of a welcome pack. There was teabags and hot chocolate sachets but no coffee! Little pods of milk, butter, jam etc would’ve been welcome. And a clean dish cloth and scouring pad pack per stay would be more hygienic rather than using cloths etc that had been previously used. Unfortunately we noticed the bedroom carpet hadn’t been hoovered when we arrived! Also a chest of drawers would’ve been helpful in the bedroom.
