We've seen tiny roaches in the kitchen. Maybe a thorough cleaning is needed.

One bedroom was really noisy. Between 4 to 5 in the morning I was wide awake because of the sound of the jeepneys and cars

sala & rooms are clean...

1) no cooking ware... AD mentioned 'kitchen' & 'kitchenette' but no stove... 2) most sockets are blocked which i dont really understand. you cannot plug in 2 appluance at the same time .. 3) no orientation on wifi and cable; 4) shower area is old and diesnt look clean; 5) no bath soap and toiletries; 6) AD mentioned pool view but instead road view only; 7) caretaker lazy to respond; 8) caretaker mentioned no stove available but can provide for additional pay; 8) basically AD in booking.com is misleading and mentions amenities that are non existent!

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Portovita Towers. I look forward to staying there again.

There wasn't anything that wasn't to my liking.

Place is convenient

the trash is in front of the door & no one bother to removed it. the other unit is terrible smell like there is a fish or a carpet that was not washed.

No cooking appliance, we had to eat outside all the time. The condo is very dusty, on the walls, the ceiling, under and behind the bed. The aircon releases dust as well as ants crawled out from there. The wardrobe is unaccessible as it was padlocked, the caretaker says it's only used for the bedding so we had to live out of our suitcases for the length of our stay. The bedsheets and pillow cases smelt fusty. The sofa was very uncomfortable, the TV had only 2 watchable channels, the sink in the toilet drains very slow. There were peeled off cabinet walls and dressing tables.

I love how the guards in this property welcome us, they are very polite and accomodating. The unit is nice, the unit is very reachable which very important. Over all awesome stay! No hassle and all. Very affordable too with the rate! God bless! See you soon again we will surely go back! ☺️❤️

Nothing at all, just the pool schedule hehe, we checked in sunday, every monday the close is pool for cleaning.

Location is good. Place is nice and clean but the rags on the sink is very old and stainy.

We arrived at the building entrance where the guard asked our reservation details and asked us too many questions like which floor , who is the contact person etc... I explained that I booked thru booking.com and then portovita confirm our reservation. Showed him the email but he insist of contact name room #. I asked him back how to verify our booking despite the email I showed him - he replied can't help much as there is no endorsement for them for our booking details. At first because we are blocking the way I have asked the guard if we can put our baggage near the sofa beside the proper reception area inside the building but He said we can't becasue our booking is not confirmed. After several information , the key is right there with him. There was like 5 mins negotiation etc... Before we allowed to get inside the building pass. Not much information inside the facilities the nearby shops etc... tV operations etc...

The ambiance is nice

the problem is no one assisted us at all, the guard just hand over the key and that's it, the owner of the unit doesn't even bother to show up or tour us even inside the unit, it's like do it yourself at all!!!! Gosh never again
