Great little spot right by the train station. Quiet, lovely balcony. Close to everything you need.

Very dirty part of town, lots of garbage on the street and seems a bit dodgy, but this isn’t the fault of the accommodation.

The cleanliness and condition of the rooms. The distance to the historical center of the city.

Weird, but the location that may be perceived as an advantage is a disadvantage at the same time. The area located close to the main railway station makes this place very noisy and dangerous due to the big number of homeless people living and sleeping in front of the entrance to the building. If you got used to rich breakfast - forget about that here. These are rather thin and limited. The host is not so fluent in other languages than Italian so be patient if you need support. Add +25 EUR per day to your expenses due to the absolutely needed guarded parking. On booking.com you will not find also the info that you'll need to pay 10 EUR of local tax. On top of that hot water is an issue here. The pressure of it is so low that it is really hard to get a proper shower.

The location is very nice and cozy, and Massimo was a great host, attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was nice and the coffe great. The room was also really nice.

There may be pickpockets on street on which the b&b is located, but the b&b is so nice, that it compensates for its surroundings.

The room was very clean and looked very new and had all basic amenities, the breakfast was a little average. The staff was very good and the receptionist took good time to explain the tourist attractions of the city

Very poor breakfast with small selection and not quality items. Not the best location with shady people around it. Usesless refrigerator, which has the same temperature inside as outside. There was no blankets.

Perfect location and Massimo, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy, had everything you would expect in the room. Breakfast was basic but good. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a mini fridge.

Nice room, perfect location. In Naples the best way of travel is metro. Taking this flat you're 500m away from.Garibaldi Station

staff were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The location wasn’t the nicest of areas but if I’m honest that was more Naples in general rather than specifically this hotel. If you’re travelling to Naples and happy to do so then the location of this hotel shouldn’t put you off. Only other slight niggle was breakfast was 8-10am so we did miss it a couple of times but no big deal.

Exceptionally clean, great location (very close to Napoli Central train station for all your travelling needs), breakfast in the morning was faultless and very helpful before a busy day of walking, room was big and the bed was very comfy. Overall great value for money and would 100% recommend for a couple.

At first it was a little difficult to find as it is in an apartment building and VistaViva is on the third floor but once found it was very easy. The building has a lift so saved going up and down the stairs every time which was good.

Because It's close to the central station there are many homeless. AbitScary at night

Even we checked in remotely, the host made us felt welcomed and comfortable. The communication with him was easy and on time. He was at our disposal all the time. We were really surprised to discover that we have a city map and a list of recommended restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more, in the room. The room was perfect! With everything you need and many more. Comfortable bed, and stylish equipped.

The AC didn’t work well. It’s didn’t made the room temperature enough high to make us feel comfortable.

The lack of breakfast (due to Covid19)

Everything was great. The room was very clean and cozy and as it is seen from the photos with great decoration.The stuff was polite and helpful.

The only downside was at some points the area near the room and the Garibaldi Square. I would recommend to pass at night from the more crowded streets than the smaller ones.

Great host! Smooth remote check-in. The property was very well kept and exceeded my expectations. The room was fairly big and all facilities were great!
