It was an easy process to come in and stay. All information was provided ahead of time, quiet neighborhood near golf course. We just wanted a home to stay in while visiting family and still enjoy a pool and day to day living. It was clean and bigger than I thought.

We have been coming to Florida to visit family for several years now and I have to say this home has been the BEST home we have stayed in so far!!!! It far exceeded our expectations and it is an absolutely beautiful, well kept up home!!! Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and all sorts of cooking appliances for you to use. You really won't need anything but your food and drinks.
We spent most our time sitting and lounging on back screened in patio. The pool is an added bonus to this wonderful rental!! We had the best vacation!!!!

Our stay was wonderful, we had wished for better weather, but we got a few good days and made the best out of those that weren’t. Everything was very local but also away from the main drag, so it was quiet. Just the way I like it. I brought my mom and my two kids and visited my brother as he lives in the same area. Honestly the only thing wrong was the comfort of the beds, a bit to stiff, especially for older people. We would have like to get more used of the pool, which is naturally heated bit the sun was not in our favor. We had a great time and it was so nice to make breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen area which was my favorite. The place is super spacious. The hostesses are super nice and so was the property manager EVolve which we used to book on VRBO. Our first time doing it and I can’t wait to go through this avenue instead🥰.

The stay was enjoyable. Lots of room for everyone. Some minor maintenance is needed but did not affect stay. Great to sit out on the lanai and enjoy nature.

Stayed here while visiting family. Wonderful pool. Great communication with the owner. Please don’t let my rating on cleanliness hold you back. The owner had to hire out cleaning due to the hurricane. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was nothing but perfect for our family! The house was well maintained and spacious! The pool was fantastic for the kids and grandkids! Our hosts were very nice and answered any questions we had right away and kept us informed of pool cleaning (once a week) and ground maintenance! It was a pleasure using their home for our vacation! We will be back!

Stayed for 28 days 1couple 2 weeks ,2 couples 28days house was very clean just like they said it would be. Beds need updated a little uncomfortable. Pool was the greatest very clean pool guy came every week.host was willing to make or stay the best and was very helpful.

The house was great. The pool was wonderful! Plenty of space. Location is wonderful close to shopping and beaches. The house was very clean. It was just an all-around great experience. I will definitely rent the same house again. The owners were wonderful to work with also. I recommend this rental for anyone wanting to be in the Weeki Wachee, Spring Hill area. You won't be disappointed.

The house was spacious! All 3 bedrooms were a nice size. The pool was great for the kids. It has everything you need to cook. There are couches but none are pullout beds. It was a 5 minute drive to weeki wachee springs state park also a 15 minute drive to other fun places. The host was awesome. Communication was great and I really enjoyed my stay. Would rent this house again! The neighborhood is quiet and safe if you play golf ontop of the hill there is a golf course!

Communication for reservation was fantastic. Property was as described. All amenities were available just make sure to bring own bath soap and shampoo. Was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Having the pool to come back and relax was phenomenal. Will return.

Kayak vacation
House was very lovely. We enjoyed all the space and the pool. Quiet neighborhood was a plus and very convenient location if you want to kayak at the springs. Not to far from beaches at Clearwater.

Nice clean property. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms. Could have had plenty of people staying there with all the couches. Kayaking close by was a fun trip.

We've been renting in this area for several years. This is the nicest property we've stayed at. Large, roomy, very clean home. Beautiful lanai and pool area. We really enjoyed having meals out there.
The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. Furniture and beds were comfortable and things were in good working order. The owner couldn't have been nicer! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as nice as possible. We will rent this property again the future. If I could give this rental 6 stars I would!

We've been renting homes in this area for 4 years and this is the best house we've rented!
It was very clean, comfortable and everything was in good working order. The kitchen had all the necessities I needed for making meals.
The pool area was wonderful for having meals outside and lounging by the pool. There were even pool floats for us to use.
I can't say enough about how awesome the owner was! She went WAY out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves while we were there. We will book this property again in the future. If I could give this rental 6 stars, I would!

Spacious and inviting
This was a wonderful home to stay in! The kitchen was a nice size, fully equipped and a pleasure to prepare meals in. The pool is a great feature (especially for those with children). There is plenty to do in the area with Pine Island being one of our favorites. We contacted the owners during our stay and they were quick to respond, helpful and very kind. We will definitely stay here again if we come to the area.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home!
My family of 5 stayed here and we had an amazing vacation. The house was extremely clean, the pool was perfect for the kids, beds were comfortable, washer and dryer was great to have, nice large kitchen and plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the pool patio every morning! The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. The house even had WiFi and a Roku for the TV when we needed some down time. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect and close to everything. We would LOVE to stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this place!

We had a GREAT stay at Spring Hill!!! This home was everything we needed in a location that was perfect for us and our outdoor activities. So close to so many locations that we utilized such as Weeki Watchee, beach, Homosassa and Crystal river.
The home was Very clean and had all that we needed, stocked with the basics and more...(stores close by). We enjoyed the spacious home, had plenty of parking and the clean pool was just a added bonus! After our excursions this was a pleasure to come home too! On the days we didn't go out, the pool was so very nice to lounge in and about. Perfect temperature for us. Communication with the owners was easily done and they addressed any questions we had with no problems. Many Thanx to them.
It was a Wonderful time for old friends and family getting together, and we plan on renting again when we get the chance. WE WILL BE BACK to stay on this nice property!!

Wonderful house
We just got done with a five day stay here. House was wonderful very spacious and clean! We enjoyed having our own pool we didn't have to share and being able to cook. Owners we're very easy to communicate with letting us know that the house was ready earlier then three and giving us places to go for fishing. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

End of Summer Vacation
My husband and I like to take our kids on vacation a few of times a year and we always do something the week before back to school, with COVID-19 we really were not sure what we wanted to do so we thought it would be a good idea to rent a house with a pool that was not in a heavily populated area but not too far from the ocean. This house provided just what we needed. It had lots of space, privacy and it was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked down to the seasonings.My 2 older kids loved that their bedrooms were on the other side of the house they even had a seperate living area with a TV. We planned to drive to Tampa and Clearwater but the Red Tide kept us away from the ocean but the kids were just fine being at the house and swimmingin the pool. The best thing about the pool was that it was deep enough my husband is 6'6 and my son is 6'4. We did go to Weeki Wachee Springs for the day and that was fun, Me and my girls loved the mermaid show. The water is Freezing but Beautiful so make sure you go on a hot day.

Huge house Good location
Make sure you only plan on bringing small vehicles or carpool. Hosts are nutty about any parking on the grass. My family came from several locations in Florida and parking was an issue. I received several txts and calls from owner regarding this. And yes they have cameras all over the property which are not divulged in advertisement. House is huge although poorly decorated. It was clean but without any of the usually VRBO extras provided for example spare toiletries which I have seen provided at every other rental Ive booked. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and seasonings. Plenty of towels. The trash cans were full when we arrived which lead a predicament as to where to put ours. Beware of the weird "window" in masterbath that looks into laundry room when not shut and latched. Good location close to the springs. Beds were all super comfortable. It served it's purpose as a place to basically shower and sleep at after long days on the river.

Good stay but needs some upgrades
We had a great vacation which mostly stayed at the house. We enjoyed the pool but wish it had better lighting at night. It was great that we had access to a washer and dryer. The dryer doesn’t heat up as it should though. Overall it was the perfect getaway for me and my family.

Awesome Location
We love this house (out 3rd stay) for its size and amenities. The attractions and more restaurants every time we stay is a plus. We love the Bayport Inn and Pine Island for the beach. Kids jump in the pool as soon as we arrive and the outside bathroom is a plus so they don’t have to come inside when wet.

Called the owner, at first he tried to help, but then became unreasonable and was very angry and rude. Here's the list of problems. Pool was not heated. Solar heater was not turned on, and after owner gave me instruction on how to turn it on (for me when I showed up after dark), the pool never heated up during our stay. Too cold to swim in unless you are a polar bear.Ice maker constantly drips making a giant block of ice in the freezer. So, little to no ice.Hot water in master shower is miss marked. Someone tried to sharpie the H on the Cold which has worn off. The hot water takes about 10m to heat up. So cold shower the first day until we could figure that out. Garage was tagged with spray paint and was not a very welcome sight. Security cameras on top of garage, at front door and near door to pool looking into pool area was just uncomfortable for us.Be careful walking into living room. Poorly marked step down my cause a fall for those not paying attention. TV in master with wires tangled had to be plugged in and the remotes took a day to figure out. No iron.We were so uncomfortable, we rented a motel room for 2 nights during our stay. Evolve (the rental company) will be hearing from me.
