Incredible stay at Akurgerdi and saw Northern Lights 3 times. Breathtaking scenery, idilic location, fabulous attentive hosts, clean and spacious accommodation. We can't wait to come back.

This is an absolutely stunning place to stay, the cottages are designed with so much love and eye for detail and very luxurious. They are a fantastic place to stay even when it is non stop raining due to the own hot pots and beautiful view over the fields of horses. Sabine, Daniel and the girls who work there are extremely friendly, professional and lovely to meet. The cottage was super clean, the property is extremely tidy and beautiful. I can highly recommend going riding there too! We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back.
