Very nice and big appartment. Beach ist directly across the street so we had a very nice view. Easy to pick up the key and also when leaving. We found a parking place in Laval Hopital which was quite cheap (50€ for 4 days) compared to other garages. Public transportation (Bus & tram) also very close.

A little "noisy" walls especially in the night/morning were you could hear the neighbors above. Hard to find a parking place next to the appartment.

The apartment is even nicer than the photos - really spacious and extremely clean on arrival. The staff at the overall business to collect the keys were very helpful and stayed in touch in advance in preparation for our arrival. They definitely helped make our arrival feel special. Do be aware you’ll need to collect the keys from the office which is a few stops / 20 mins walk away. The apartment faces the beach so the view is spectacular. Do be aware: the beach is on a main road for all of Nice so you can’t be opposite the beach and not on a main road. we found this A OK but we also live on a main road in London. The apartment is 1 min walk from a tram which brilliantly connects to the airport and all of town very easily. google maps will help you with where to get on and off. There is also a bus stop literally outside. The air con was beautiful!

Overall, it was great. But please be aware of 2 key points: 1. The apartment is not in the centre of town, it is located slightly further out. It’s still super easy to get into town / the port by tram or bus but Old Town or the centre of town is not on your door step. This was fine for us and in fact we were very near to Nice St Augustin train station for day trips eg Antibes and Juan Les Pins but may not be for everyone. 2. The apartment is fantastic during the day but we struggled at night due to noise. Residents slamming the main door woke us up constantly as did neighbours talking / laughing / partying - the walls are extremely thin. I think this may be the nature of French apartments. During the day and evening this place was a joy but at night, it was hit and miss due to the noise disturbance.

Excellent location and facilities of the appointment made our stay in Nice unforgettable. The city beach is in 100 meters from the door. The sea view and flying airplanes make it especially beautiful. The bus stop is just in the front, and the tramway station is around the corner, so you can reach the city center very quickly using the public transport, or by walk (20-25 min). There is a supermarket and a bakery near the tram station. Host was very friendly and responsive. They provided the precise instructions on how to pick up the keys, as we arrived late in the night. Thanks a lot once more.

It's pretty noisy almost all the time because of the car traffic. The closed windows protect from the noise, but not fully. So if you are sensitive it may affect, especially in the night. Some neighbors were also noisy in the night (made a party).

When ready the apartment was very clean.

I had to wait quite a while to enter the flat due to the management saying the flat needed a thorough clean. I met the cleaner who told me he hadn’t been called until late in the day. I had asked on many occasions if I could enter the flat early. If management had contacted cleaners earlier this would have been possible. I couldn’t open the back bedroom window due to serious infestation of pigeons. The front balcony was pleasant but very noisy with road traffic. In truth the flat was a bit away from the main centre and we had to use tram and Uber a lot. The AC wasn’t great and I had asked for a spare key and was promised someone would get back to me unfortunately they didn’t. Nice is outstanding and it didn’t deter our stay but small things make a great holiday.
