The house was lovely, just the right size for the three of us. The owners went above and beyond and provided eggs, milk, bread etc and also bedding and towels. There were even chickens in the garden which our son loved talking to and feeding.

The location was perfect for our visit to Nottingham. Parking was easy on the quiet road. We were delighted with all the little touches such as fresh eggs, butter, bread, milk as well as Christmas decorations for our Christmas stay! The bedroom was clean, comfy and spacious with the unexpected bonus of a little 'dressing' room which easily fitted all our clothes, suitcases etc. The lounge was comfy and warm, the shower powerful and we were delighted to find Netflix on both TVs which kept our daughter entertained and saved us scrolling through the usual terrestrial channels of an evening.
We slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and lots of choice of hot drinks.
We will definitely book here again when we are visiting our family nearby.

Really enjoyed this weekend (4/10/22) nice homely feel and great little personal touches menus for places /bus taxis info - and essentials you just don't get anywhere else (bread milk eggs ) and not to far from town centre will definitely look to stay again next time in Nottingham great place thankyou for the stay will highly recommend.

It is perfect if you're only using one bedroom. The sofa bed in living room was OK.
Might have left more bedding for it. The food provisions for kitchen were appreciated.

The location not far from all shops and buses and having a folder to tell you e everything like when buses run how much bus fares are were to eat with menu's and prices and being left milk eggs butter bread very thought

Not far out of the city centre and served by an eclectic parade of shops in Mapperley, including small bars and restaurants I found this a perfect location.
The property had everything I needed including some unexpected fresh milk and bread in the fridge on arrival.
No complaints at all. TV reception kept cutting out but if it had bothered me that much, I would have contacted the hosts who live next door.

The hosts go above and beyond and there is always milk / bread / butter / coffee etc on arrival .

Was exactly as per the pictures, everything I needed, very quiet too. Was a very nice touch to have fresh eggs, bread and milk waiting for me!
